net: phy: at803x: fix the wol setting functions
In commit 7beecaf7d507 ("net: phy: at803x: improve the WOL feature"), it seems not correct to use a wol_en bit in a 1588 Control Register which is only available on AR8031/AR8033(share the same phy_id) to determine if WoL is enabled. Change it back to use AT803X_INTR_ENABLE_WOL for determining the WoL status which is applicable on all chips supporting wol. Also update the at803x_set_wol() function to only update the 1588 register on chips having it. After this change, disabling wol at probe from commit d7cd5e06c9dd ("net: phy: at803x: disable WOL at probe") is no longer needed. Change it to just disable the WoL bit in 1588 register for AR8031/AR8033 to be aligned with AT803X_INTR_ENABLE_WOL in probe.

net: sfp: augment SFP parsing with phy_interface_t bitmap
We currently parse the SFP EEPROM to a bitmap of ethtool link modes, and then attempt to convert the link modes to a PHY interface mode. While this works at present, there are cases where this is sub-optimal. For example, where a module can operate with several different PHY interface modes.
To start addressing this, arrange for the SFP EEPROM parsing to also provide a bitmap of the possible PHY interface modes.

net: phy: at803x: add disable hibernation mode support
When the cable is unplugged, the Atheros AR803x PHYs will enter hibernation mode after about 10 seconds if the hibernation mode is enabled and will not provide any clock to the MAC. But for some MACs, this feature might cause unexpected issues due to the logic of MACs. Taking SYNP MAC (stmmac) as an example, if the cable is unplugged and the "eth0" interface is down, the AR803x PHY will enter hibernation mode. Then perform the "ifconfig eth0 up" operation, the stmmac can't be able to complete the software reset operation and fail to init it's own DMA. Therefore, the "eth0" interface is failed to ifconfig up. Why does it cause this issue? The truth is that the software reset operation of the stmmac is designed to depend on the RX_CLK of PHY. So, this patch offers an option for the user to determine whether to disable the hibernation mode of AR803x PHYs.

net: phy: at803x: disable WOL at probe
Before 7beecaf7d507b ("net: phy: at803x: improve the WOL feature") patch "at803x_get_wol" implementation used AT803X_INTR_ENABLE_WOL value to set WAKE_MAGIC flag, and now AT803X_WOL_EN value is used for the same purpose. The problem here is that the values of these two bits are different after hardware reset: AT803X_INTR_ENABLE_WOL=0 after hardware reset, but AT803X_WOL_EN=1. So now, if called right after boot, "at803x_get_wol" will set WAKE_MAGIC flag, even if WOL function is not enabled by calling "at803x_set_wol" function. The patch disables WOL function on probe thus the behavior is consistent.

A typo in qca808x_read_status means we try to set SMII mode on the port rather than SGMII when the link speed is not 2.5Gb/s. This results in no traffic due to the mismatch in configuration between the phy and the mac.

net: phy: at803x: Support downstream SFP cage
Add support for downstream SFP cages for AR8031 and AR8033. This is primarily intended for fiber modules or direct-attach cables, however copper modules which work in 1000Base-X mode may also function. Such modules are allowed with a warning.

net: phy: at803x: add fiber support
Previously this driver always forced the copper page to be selected, however for AR8031 in 100Base-FX or 1000Base-X modes, the fiber page needs to be selected. Set the appropriate mode based on the hardware mode_cfg strap selection.
Enable the appropriate interrupt bits to detect fiber-side link up or down events.
Update config_aneg and read_status methods to use the appropriate Clause 37 calls when fiber mode is in use.

The fix to select the copper page on AR8031 was being done in the probe function rather than config_init, so it would not be redone after resume from suspend. Move this to config_init so it is always redone when needed.
