meson: switch code dependency to libsystemd

For a while now systemd has packaged a separate `libsystemd`. For
meson dependency, `systemd` should be used when looking for systemd
service file paths

meson dependency, `systemd` should be used when looking for systemd
service file paths and `libsystemd` should be used for `sd_*` functions.

Update the dependency accordingly.

clang-format-18 isn't compatible with the clang-format-17 output, so we
need to reformat the code with the latest version. The way clang-18

clang-format-18 isn't compatible with the clang-format-17 output, so we
need to reformat the code with the latest version. The way clang-18
handles lambda formatting also changed, so we have made changes to the
organization default style format to better handle lambda formatting.

that the project can be built outside of a Yocto SDK on a typical
Linux development system.

that the project can be built outside of a Yocto SDK on a typical
Linux development system.

- Update the .gitignore to ignore the subproject source directories.
- Update the .gitignore to ignore alternative build subdirectory
names as is typical with most projects in the openbmc organization.
- Add wrap files for direct dependencies, copied from other
repositories that already have the same dependencies.
- Modify the meson.build dependency for libgpiod so that the C++
bindings are included.
- Add many missing dependencies throughout.
- Sort all dependencies alphabetically for consistency.

The cold_redundancy application began failing to build recently due to
missing boost::asio includes.

I believe the cause is a change to some sdbusplus header files. The
sdbusplus header files previously included the convenience header file
"boost/asio.hpp". However, the sdbusplus header files now include more
specific boost header files. See

for more information.

The cold_redundancy source files appeared to have been relying on
sdbusplus to include the convenience header. They do not include header
files for some of the boost asio classes they are using.

I did not write any of the cold_redundancy application and do not have
the ability to test it. For this reason, I made the simple change of
adding an include of "boost/asio.hpp" to the cold_redundancy header file
that needed it. This would seem to be a safe change, since it
effectively 'undoes' the change made in sdbusplus. The maintainers of
this application may wish to push up another commit that replaces this
with more specific includes.
