gpio: lpc32xx: remove unused platform data file

ARM LPC32xx platform is device-tree only, there is no need to keep
a file with GPIO platform data structures, however some of macro
definitions should be moved to the driver code, which is the only user
of the removed header file.

gpio: lpc32xx: disable broken to_irq support

The "to_irq" functionality is broken inside this driver since commit
76ba59f8366f ("genirq: Add irq_domain-aware core IRQ handler").

The addition of the new lpc32xx irqchip driver in 4.7, fixed the
lpc32xx platform interrupt issue.

When switching to the new lpc32xx irqchip driver, a warning appear
in the lpc32xx gpio driver: warning: "NR_IRQS" redefined.

To remove this warning (temporary solution), this patch
disables the broken "to_irq" mapping functionality support.

gpio: lpc32xx: Be sure to clamp return value

As we want gpio_chip .get() calls to be able to return negative

We do this by using the ret = !!(val) design pattern.

gpio/pinctrl: make gpio_chip members typed boolean

This switches the two members of struct gpio_chip that were
defined as unsigned foo:1 to bool, because that is indeed what
they are. Switch all users in the gpio and pinctrl subsystems
to assign these values with true/false instead of 0/1. The
users outside these subsystems will survive since true/false
is 1/0, atleast we set some kind of more strict typing example.

- refactoring from Thierry Redding at Arnd Bergmann's request to use
the seq_file iterator interface in gpiolib.
- A new driver for Avionic Design's N-bit GPIO expander.
- Two instances of mutexes replaced by spinlocks from Axel Lin to
code that is supposed to be fastpath compliant.
- IRQ demuxer and gpio_to_irq() support for pcf857x by Kuninori
Morimoto.
- Dynamic GPIO numbers, device tree support, daisy chaining and some
other fixes for the 74x164 driver by Maxime Ripard.
- IRQ domain and device tree support for the tc3589x driver by Lee
Jones.
- Some conversion to use managed resources devm_* code.
- Some instances of clk_prepare() or clk_prepare_enable() added to
support the new, stricter common clock framework.
- Some for_each_set_bit() simplifications.
- Then a lot of fixes as we fixed up all of the above tripping over
our own shoelaces and that kind of thing."

gpio/lpc32xx: Add device tree support

This patch adds device tree support for gpio-lpc32xx.c.

To register the various GPIO banks as (struct) gpio_chips via the same DT
gpio-controller, we utilize the adjusted of_xlate API to manipulate the
actually used struct gpio_chip.

GPIO: LPC32xx: Add output reading to GPO P3

The chip offers the function to detect the current state of output of the GPO
P3 pins. Useful for reading GPIO output state in Linux' GPIO API, e.g. via
sysfs.

Please note that this only reads back the currently programmed output state,
not the actual electrical level in terms of a GPI function. Finally, GPO3 is
still just an output.
