ARM: OMAP2+: Fix power domain operations regression caused by 81xx

I managed to mess up omap3 power domain operations with commit
7c80a3f89c51 ("ARM: OMAP2+: Add custom prwdm_operations for 81xx
to support dm814x"), by default we should keep on using the
omap3_pwrdm_operations, only 81xx needs custom handling.

This causes omap3 PM to break so we won't hit off mode any longer
causing idle power consumption go up from less than 10mW to over
50 mW.

Otherwise it will return true for cpu_is_omap34xx() which we don't
want for the clocks and hwmod. It's closer to am33xx for the clocks
and hwmod than to the omap34xx. We also want to be able to detect
814x and 816x separately as at least the clocks are different with
814x using a apll and 816x using a fapll for the source clocks.

Note that we can also remove omap3xxx_clk_init() call as it's wrong
and ti81xx are booting in device tree only mode.

ARM: OMAP: Split plat/hardware.h, use local soc.h for omap2+

As the plat and mach includes need to disappear for single zImage work,
we need to remove plat/hardware.h.

Do this by splitting plat/hardware.h into omap1 and omap2+ specific files.

The old plat/hardware.h already has omap1 only defines, so it gets moved
to mach/hardware.h for omap1. For omap2+, we use the local soc.h
that for now just includes the related SoC headers to keep this patch more
readable.

Note that the local soc.h still includes plat/cpu.h that can be dealt
with in later patches. Let's also include plat/serial.h from common.h for
all the board-*.c files. This allows making the include files local later
on without patching these files again.

Note that only minimal changes are done in this patch for the
drivers/watchdog/omap_wdt.c driver to keep things compiling. Further
patches are needed to eventually remove cpu_is_omap usage in the drivers.

Also only minimal changes are done to sound/soc/omap/* to remove the
unneeded includes and to define OMAP44XX_MCPDM_L3_BASE locally so there's
no need to include omap44xx.h.

While at it, also sort some of the includes in the standard way.

ARM: OMAP: AM35xx: convert 3517 detection/flags to AM35xx

Currently cpu_is_omap3517() actually detects any device in the AM35x
family (3517 and no-SGX version 3505.) To make it more clear what is
being detected, convert the names from 3517 to AM35xx.

This adds a new soc_is_am35xx() which duplicates the cpu_is_omap3517().
In order to avoid cross-tree dependencies with clock-tree changes,
cpu_is_omap3517() is left until the clock changes are merged,
at which point cpu_is_omap3517() will be completely removed.

OMAP: powerdomain: split pwrdm_init() into two functions

In preparation for OMAP_CHIP() removal, split pwrdm_init() into three
functions. This allows some of them to be called multiple times: for
example, pwrdm_register_pwrdms() can be called once to register
powerdomains that are common to a group of SoCs, and once to register
powerdomains that are specific to a single SoC.

The appropriate order to call these functions - which is enforced
by the code - is:

1. pwrdm_register_platform_funcs()
2. pwrdm_register_pwrdms() (can be called multiple times)
3. pwrdm_complete_init()

Convert the OMAP2, 3, and 4 powerdomain init code to use these new
functions.

While here, improve documentation, and increase CodingStyle
conformance by shortening some local variable names.

OMAP2+: powerdomain: fix bank power state bitfields

The bank power state bitfields in the powerdomain data are
encoded incorrectly. These fields are intended to be bitfields,
representing a set of power states that the memory banks support.
However, when only one power state was supported by a given bank,
the field was incorrectly set to the bit shift -- not the mask.

OMAP2+: powerdomain: move header file from plat-omap to mach-omap2

The OMAP powerdomain code and data is all OMAP2+-specific. This seems
unlikely to change any time soon. Move plat-omap/include/plat/powerdomain.h
to mach-omap2/powerdomain.h. The primary point of doing this is to remove
the temptation for unrelated upper-layer code to access powerdomain code
and data directly.

As part of this process, remove the references to powerdomain data
from the GPIO "driver" and the OMAP PM no-op layer, both in plat-omap.
Change the DSPBridge code to point to the new location for the
powerdomain headers. The DSPBridge code should not be including the
powerdomain headers; these should be removed.

OMAP2/3: PRCM: split OMAP2/3-specific PRCM code into OMAP2/3-specific files

In preparation for adding OMAP4-specific PRCM accessor/mutator
functions, split the existing OMAP2/3 PRCM code into OMAP2/3-specific
files. Most of what was in mach-omap2/{cm,prm}.{c,h} has now been
moved into mach-omap2/{cm,prm}2xxx_3xxx.{c,h}, since it was
OMAP2xxx/3xxx-specific.

This process also requires the #includes in each of these files to be
changed to reference the new file name. As part of doing so, add some
comments into plat-omap/sram.c and plat-omap/mcbsp.c, which use
"sideways includes", to indicate that these users of the PRM/CM includes
should not be doing so.
