dt-bindings: pci: tegra: Remove PLL power supplies
The XUSB pad controller, which provides access to various USB, PCI and SATA pads (or PHYs), needs to bring up the PLLs associated with these pads. In order to properly do so, it needs to control the power supplied to these PLLs.
Remove the PLL power supplies from the PCIe controller because it does not need direct access to them. Instead it will only use the configured pads provided by the XUSB pad controller.

dt-bindings: pci: tegra: Update for per-lane PHYs
The XUSB pad controller allows PCIe lanes to be controlled individually, providing fine-grained control over their power state. Previous attempts at describing the XUSB pad controller in DT had erroneously assumed that all PCIe lanes were driven by the same PHY, and hence the PCI host controller would reference only a single PHY.
Moving to a representation of per-lane PHYs requires that the operating system driver for the PCI host controller have access to the set of PHY devices that make up the connection of each root port in order to power up and down all of the lanes as necessary.

Documentation: DT bindings: add more Tegra chip compatible strings
Align compatible strings for several IP blocks present on Tegra chips with the latest doctrine from the DT maintainers:
http://marc.info/?l=devicetree&m=142255654213019&w=2
The primary objective here is to avoid checkpatch warnings, per:
http://marc.info/?l=linux-tegra&m=142201349727836&w=2
DT binding text files have been updated for the following IP blocks:
- PCIe - SOR - SoC timers - AHB "gizmo" - APB_MISC - pinmux control - UART - PWM - I2C - SPI - RTC - PMC - eFuse - AHCI - HDA - XUSB_PADCTRL - SDHCI - SOC_THERM - AHUB - I2S - EHCI - USB PHY
N.B. The nvidia,tegra20-timer compatible string is removed from the nvidia,tegra30-timer.txt documentation file because it's already mentioned in the nvidia,tegra20-timer.txt documentation file.
This second version takes into account the following requests from Rob Herring <robherring2@gmail.com>:
- Per-IP block patches have been combined into a single patch
- Explicit documentation about which compatible strings are actually matched by the driver has been removed. In its place is implicit documentation that loosely follows Rob's prescribed format:
"Must contain '"nvidia,<chip>-pcie", "nvidia,tegra20-pcie"' where <chip> is tegra30, tegra132, ..." [...] "You should attempt to document known values of <chip> if you use it"

The PCIe controller on Tegra124 has two root ports that can be used in a x4/x1 or x2/x1 configuration and can run at PCIe 2.0 link speeds (up to 5 GT/s). PCI: tegra: Overhaul regulator usage
The current usage of regulators for the Tegra PCIe block is wrong. It doesn't accurately reflect the actual supply inputs of the IP block and therefore isn't as flexible as it should be. ARM: tegra: document reset properties in DT bindings
Update all the Tegra DT bindings to require resets/reset-names properties where the HW module has reset inputs. Remove any entries from clocks or clock-names that were only required to identify reset inputs, rather than referring to real clocks.
This is a DT-ABI-incompatible change. It is the first of two changes required for me to consider the Tegra DT bindings as stable, the other being conversion to the common DMA DT bindings.

ARM: tegra: add missing clock documentation to DT bindings
Many of the Tegra DT binding documents say nothing about the clocks or clock-names properties, yet those are present and required in DT files. This patch simply updates the documentation file to match the implicit definition of the binding, based on real-world DT content.
All Tegra bindings that mention clocks are updated to have consistent wording and formatting of the clock-related properties.

PCI: tegra: Move PCIe driver to drivers/pci/host
Move the PCIe driver from arch/arm/mach-tegra into the drivers/pci/host directory. The motivation is to collect various host controller drivers in the same location in order to facilitate refactoring.
The Tegra PCIe driver has been largely rewritten, both in order to turn it into a proper platform driver and to add MSI (based on code by Krishna Kishore <kthota@nvidia.com>) as well as device tree support.

dt-bindings: pci: tegra: Remove PLL power supplies The XUSB pad controller, which provides access to various USB, PCI and SATA pads (or PHYs), needs to bring up the PLLs associated with these pads. In order to properly do so, it needs to control the power supplied to these PLLs. Remove the PLL power supplies from the PCIe controller because it does not need direct access to them. Instead it will only use the configured pads provided by the XUSB pad controller. dt-bindings: pci: tegra: Update for per-lane PHYs The XUSB pad controller allows PCIe lanes to be controlled individually, providing fine-grained control over their power state. Documentation: DT bindings: add more Tegra chip compatible strings Align compatible strings for several IP blocks present on Tegra chips with the latest doctrine from the DT maintainers: http://marc.info/?l=devicetree&m=142255654213019&w=2 The primary objective here is to avoid checkpatch warnings, per: http://marc.info/?l=linux-tegra&m=142201349727836&w=2 DT binding text files have been updated for the following IP blocks: - PCIe - SOR - SoC timers - AHB "gizmo" - APB_MISC - pinmux control - UART - PWM - I2C - SPI - RTC - PMC - eFuse - AHCI - HDA - XUSB_PADCTRL - SDHCI - SOC_THERM - AHUB - I2S - EHCI - USB PHY N.B. The nvidia,tegra20-timer compatible string is removed from the nvidia,tegra30-timer.txt documentation file because it's already mentioned in the nvidia,tegra20-timer.txt documentation file. This second version takes into account the following requests from Rob Herring <robherring2@gmail.com>: - Per-IP block patches have been combined into a single patch - Explicit documentation about which compatible strings are actually matched by the driver has been removed. In its place is implicit documentation that loosely follows Rob's prescribed format: "Must contain '"nvidia,<chip>-pcie", "nvidia,tegra20-pcie"' where <chip> is tegra30, tegra132, ..." PCI: tegra: Add Tegra124 support The PCIe controller on Tegra124 has two root ports that can be used in a x4/x1 or x2/x1 configuration and can run at PCIe 2.0 link speeds (up to 5 GT/s). The PHY programming has been moved into a separate controller, so the driver now needs to request an external PHY referenced using the device tree.
