The main problem is that snps,dw-pcie.yaml and snps,dw-pcie-ep.yaml shouldn't set 'unevaluatedProperties: false'. Otherwise, bindings that reference them cannot add additional properties. With that addressed, there's a handful of other undocumented properties to add.
