mmc: sdhci-sprd: Add SD HS mode online tuning

First of all, Unisoc's IC provides cmd delay and read delay to ensure
that the host can get the correct data. However, according to SD Spec,
there is no need to do tuning in high speed mode, but with the
development of chip processes, it is more and more difficult to find
a suitable delay to cover all the chips. Therefore, we need SD high
speed mode online tuning.

In addition, we added mmc_sd_switch() and mmc_send_status() to the
header file to allow it to be usable by the driver.

mmc: sdhci-sprd: Convert to platform remove callback returning void

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

mmc: Explicitly include correct DT includes

The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate
of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus.
As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they
"temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h
and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include
files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and
replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to
explicitly include the correct includes.

In preparation to get rid of SDHCI_QUIRK_MISSING_CAPS, replace

__sdhci_read_caps() is also called from sdhci_setup_host() via
sdhci_read_caps(), however only the first call to __sdhci_read_caps() does
anything because after that host->read_caps has been set to true.

Note, __sdhci_read_caps() does more than just set host->caps, such as do a
reset, so calling __sdhci_read_caps() earlier could have unforeseen
side-effects. However the code flow has been reviewed with that in mind.

mmc: sdhci-sprd: Fix some resource leaks in the remove function

[ Upstream commit c9c256a8b0dc09c305c409d6264cc016af2ba38d ]

'sdhci_remove_host()' and 'sdhci_pltfm_free()' should be used in place of
'mmc_remove_host()' and 'mmc_free_host()'.

This avoids some resource leaks, is more in line with the error handling
path of the probe function, and is more consistent with other drivers.

mmc: sdhci-sprd: Set the missing MMC_CAP_WAIT_WHILE_BUSY flag

The Spreadtrum host controller supports HW busy detection for commands with
R1B responses, but also for I/O operations. This means when the host gets a
transfer complete event, that always indicates the busy signal is released.

Let's inform the mmc core about this, via setting the corresponding
MMC_CAP_WAIT_WHILE_BUSY flag, as to remove some redundant software busy
polling.
