The sun50i-a64.dtsi changes introduced in Linux v4.19-rc1 changed the
compatible name for the syscon controller, dropping the generic "syscon"
fallback. Using this new DT node will make the Ethernet driver in every
older kernel (or non-Linux kernels) fail to initialise the MAC device.

To allow booting distribution kernels (from installer images via UEFI,
for instance), re-add the syscon compatible string as a fallback. This
works with both older and newer kernels.

arm64: dts: allwinner: a64: add simplefb for A64 SoC

This also pulls in the newly required include files for the clock and
reset bindings, also removes the now redundant part from our
*-u-boot.dtsi overlay file.
I kept the PWM node from U-Boot, as we recently gained this explicitly
for U-Boot's own usage and I don't want to regress here. This node is in
the queue for mainline Linux already, so the next sync will make it all
equal again.

This is the DT used in Linux 4.12-rc1.

Since U-Boot has an Ethernet driver (while Linux does not yet), we
provide the required DT nodes for it in an ...-u-boot.dtsi file, to both
mark them as U-Boot specific and to allow easier upgrading once Linux gets
the driver and its own binding later.
Compared to the existing Ethernet DT nodes we just slightly tweak the clock
and reset nodes in there to match the new bindings used by Linux for those.

Fix up some minor 64-bit hiccups on the way.
Add the bare minimum DT bits to the A64 .dtsi and enable the controllers
and the PHY on the Pine64.
This is limited to the first USB controller at the moment, which is
connected to the lower USB socket on the Pine64 board.

Replace them with much more mature versions, which also use a different
naming scheme.
Please note that at this point there is at least one binding which has
not been agreed upon, so this is subject to change.
