support. The old HACE driver performs a reset when encountering errors

It is not used, as we depend on the old HACE driver for simulation
support. The old HACE driver performs a reset when encountering errors
which will reset ACRY RSA engine.

When simulation supports the ACRY and progressive mode for the HACE,
this can be enabled.
