ui: use "vc" chardev for dbus, gtk & spice-app
Those display have their own implementation of "vc" chardev, which doesn't use pixman. They also don't implement the width/height/cols/rows options, so qemu_display_get_vc() should return a compatible argument.
This patch was meant to be with the pixman series, when the "vc" field was introduced. It fixes a regression where VC are created on the tty (or null) instead of the display own "vc" implementation.

ui/vc: do not parse VC-specific options in Spice and GTK
In commit 6f974c843c ("gtk: overwrite the console.c char driver"), I shared the VC console parse handler with GTK. And later on in commit d8aec9d9 ("display: add -display spice-app launching a Spice client"), I also used it to handle spice-app VC.
This is not necessary, the VC console options (width/height/cols/rows) are specific, and unused by tty-level GTK/Spice VC.
This is not a breaking change, as those options are still being parsed by QAPI ChardevVC. Adjust the documentation about it.

When qemu is built with modules, but a given module doesn't load qemu should handle that gracefully. Move QOM typedefs and add missing includes
Some typedefs and macros are defined after the type check macros. This makes it difficult to automatically replace their definitions with OBJECT_DECLARE_TYPE.
Patch generated using:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i \ --pattern=QOMStructTypedefSplit $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will split "typdef struct { ... } TypedefName" declarations.
Followed by:
$ ./scripts/codeconverter/converter.py -i --pattern=MoveSymbols \ $(git grep -l '' -- '*.[ch]')
which will: - move the typedefs and #defines above the type check macros - add missing #include "qom/object.h" lines if necessary

display: add -display spice-app launching a Spice client
Add a new display backend that will configure Spice to allow a remote client to control QEMU in a similar fashion as other QEMU display backend/UI like GTK.
For this to work, it will set up Spice server with a unix socket, and register a VC chardev that will be exposed as Spice ports. A QMP monitor is also exposed as a Spice port, this allows the remote client fuller qemu control and state handling.
- doesn't handle VC set_echo() - this doesn't seem a strong requirement, very few front-end use it - spice options can be tweaked with other -spice arguments - Windows support shouldn't be hard to do, but will probably use a TCP port instead - we may want to watch the child process to quit automatically if it crashed
