Without this call, the QEMU process is being left running which on FreeBSD 13.2 at least, makes meson think the test is still running, and thus execution of "make check" continues forever.

tests/qtest: microbit-test: Fix socket access for win32
Sockets on Windows do not use *nix-style file descriptors, so write()/read()/close() do not work on Windows.
Switch over to use send()/recv()
