qemu-img: Let info print block graph

For every node in the backing chain, collect its BlockGraphInfo struct
using bdrv_query_block_graph_info(). Print all nodes' information,
indenting child nodes and labelling them with a path constructed from
the child names leading to the node from the root (e.g. /file/file).

Note that we open each image with BDRV_O_NO_BACKING, so its backing
child is omitted from this graph, and thus presented in the previous
manner: By simply concatenating all images' information, separated with
blank lines.

This affects two iotests:
- 065: Here we try to get the format node's format specific information.
The pre-patch code does so by taking all lines from "Format specific
information:" until an empty line. This format specific information
is no longer followed by an empty line, though, but by child node
information, so limit the range by "Child node '/file':".
- 302: Calls qemu_img() for qemu-img info directly, which does not
filter the output, so the child node information ends up in the
output.

iotests: remove remaining calls to qemu_img_pipe()

As part of moving all python iotest invocations of qemu-img onto a
single qemu_img() implementation, remove a few lingering uses of
qemu_img_pipe() from outside of iotests.py itself.

Several cases here rely on the knowledge that qemu_img_pipe() suppresses
*all* output on a successful case when the command being issued is
'create'.

065: This call's output is inspected, but it appears as if it's expected
to succeed. Replace this call with the checked qemu_img() variant
instead to get better diagnostics if/when qemu-img itself fails.

237: "create" call output isn't actually logged. Use qemu_img_create()
instead, which checks the return code. Remove the empty lines from
the test output.

296: Two calls;
-create: Expected to succeed. Like other create calls, the output
isn't actually logged. Switch to a checked variant
(qemu_img_create) instead. The output for this test is
a mixture of both test styles, so actually replace the
blank line for readability.
-amend: This is expected to fail. Log the output.

After this patch, the only uses of qemu_img_pipe are internal to
iotests.py and will be removed in subsequent patches.

qcow2: introduce compression type feature

The patch adds some preparation parts for incompatible compression type
feature to qcow2 allowing the use different compression methods for
image clusters (de)compressing.

It is implied that the compression type is set on the image creation and
can be changed only later by image conversion, thus compression type
defines the only compression algorithm used for the image, and thus,
for all image clusters.

The goal of the feature is to add support of other compression methods
to qcow2. For example, ZSTD which is more effective on compression than ZLIB.

The default compression is ZLIB. Images created with ZLIB compression type
are backward compatible with older qemu versions.

Adding of the compression type breaks a number of tests because now the
compression type is reported on image creation and there are some changes
in the qcow2 header in size and offsets.

The tests are fixed in the following ways:
* filter out compression_type for many tests
* fix header size, feature table size and backing file offset
affected tests: 031, 036, 061, 080
header_size +=8: 1 byte compression type
7 bytes padding
feature_table += 48: incompatible feature compression type
backing_file_offset += 56 (8 + 48 -> header_change + feature_table_change)
* add "compression type" for test output matching when it isn't filtered
affected tests: 049, 060, 061, 065, 082, 085, 144, 182, 185, 198, 206,

Most of our Python unittest-style tests only support the file protocol.
You can run them with any other protocol, but the test will simply

We should let them signal that they require the file protocol so they

iotests: Different iterator behavior in Python 3

In Python 3, several functions now return iterators instead of lists.
This includes range(), items(), map(), and filter(). This means that if
we really want a list, we have to wrap those instances with list(). But
then again, the two instances where this is the case for map() and
filter(), there are shorter expressions which work without either
function.

On the other hand, sometimes we do just want an iterator, in which case
we have sometimes used xrange() and iteritems() which no longer exist in
Python 3. Just change these calls to be range() and items(), works in
both Python 2 and 3, and is really what we want in 3 (which is what
matters). But because it is so simple to do (and to find and remove
once we completely switch to Python 3), make range() be an alias for
xrange() in the two affected tests (044 and 163).

In one instance, we only wanted the first instance of the result of a
filter() call. Instead of using next(filter()) which would work only in
Python 3, or list(filter())[0] which would work everywhere but is a bit
weird, this instance is changed to use a generator expression with a
next() wrapped around, which works both in 2.7 and 3.

qcow2: Add refcount_bits to format-specific info

Add the bit width of every refcount entry to the format-specific
information.

In contrast to lazy_refcounts and the corrupt flag, this should be
always emitted, even for compat=0.10 although it does not support any
refcount width other than 16 bits. This is because if a boolean is
optional, one normally assumes it to be false when omitted; but if an
integer is not specified, it is rather difficult to guess its value.

This new field breaks some test outputs, fix them.
