target/riscv: Add textra matching condition for the triggers
According to RISC-V Debug specification, the optional textra32 and textra64 trigger CSRs can be used to configure additional matching conditions for the triggers. For example, if the textra.MHSELECT field is set to 4 (mcontext), this trigger will only match or fire if the low bits of mcontext/hcontext equal textra.MHVALUE field.
This commit adds the aforementioned matching condition as common trigger matching conditions. Currently, the only legal values of textra.MHSELECT are 0 (ignore) and 4 (mcontext). When textra.MHSELECT is 0, we pass the checking. When textra.MHSELECT is 4, we compare textra.MHVALUE with mcontext CSR. The remaining fields, such as textra.SBYTEMASK, textra.SVALUE, and textra.SSELECT, are hardwired to zero for now. Thus, we skip checking them here.

target/riscv: Preliminary textra trigger CSR writting support
This commit allows program to write textra trigger CSR for type 2, 3, 6 triggers. In this preliminary patch, the textra.MHVALUE and the textra.MHSELECT fields are allowed to be configured. Other fields, such as textra.SBYTEMASK, textra.SVALUE, and textra.SSELECT, are hardwired to zero for now.
For textra.MHSELECT field, the only legal values are 0 (ignore) and 4 (mcontext). Writing 1~3 into textra.MHSELECT will be changed to 0, and writing 5~7 into textra.MHSELECT will be changed to 4. This behavior is aligned to RISC-V SPIKE simulator.

target/riscv: Apply modularized matching conditions for watchpoint
We have implemented trigger_common_match(), which checks if the enabled privilege levels of the trigger match CPU's current privilege level. Remove the related code in riscv_cpu_debug_check_watchpoint() and invoke trigger_common_match() to check the privilege levels of the type 2 and type 6 triggers for the watchpoints.
This commit also changes the behavior of looping the triggers. In previous implementation, if we have a type 2 trigger and env->virt_enabled is true, we directly return false to stop the loop. Now we keep looping all the triggers until we find a matched trigger.
Only load/store bits and loaded/stored address should be further checked in riscv_cpu_debug_check_watchpoint().

target/riscv: Add functions for common matching conditions of trigger
According to RISC-V Debug specification version 0.13 [1] (also applied to version 1.0 [2] but it has not been ratified yet), there are several common matching conditions before firing a trigger, including the enabled privilege levels of the trigger.
This commit adds trigger_common_match() to prepare the common matching conditions for the type 2/3/6 triggers. For now, we just implement trigger_priv_match() to check if the enabled privilege levels of the trigger match CPU's current privilege level.
Remove the related code in riscv_cpu_debug_check_breakpoint() and invoke trigger_common_match() to check the privilege levels of the type 2 and type 6 triggers for the breakpoints.
This commit also changes the behavior of looping the triggers. In previous implementation, if we have a type 2 trigger and env->virt_enabled is true, we directly return false to stop the loop. Now we keep looping all the triggers until we find a matched trigger.
Only the execution bit and the executed PC should be futher checked in riscv_cpu_debug_check_breakpoint().

target/riscv/debug: set tval=pc in breakpoint exceptions
We're not setting (s/m)tval when triggering breakpoints of type 2 (mcontrol) and 6 (mcontrol6). According to the debug spec section 5.7.12, "Match Control Type 6":
"The Privileged Spec says that breakpoint exceptions that occur on instruction fetches, loads, or stores update the tval CSR with either zero or the faulting virtual address. The faulting virtual address for an mcontrol6 trigger with action = 0 is the address being accessed and which caused that trigger to fire."
A similar text is also found in the Debug spec section 5.7.11 w.r.t. mcontrol.
Note that what we're doing ATM is not violating the spec, but it's simple enough to set mtval/stval and it makes life easier for any software that relies on this info.
Given that we always use action = 0, save the faulting address for the mcontrol and mcontrol6 trigger breakpoints into env->badaddr, which is used as as scratch area for traps with address information. 'tval' is then set during riscv_cpu_do_interrupt().

target/riscv: Allocate itrigger timers only once
riscv_trigger_init() had been called on reset events that can happen several times for a CPU and it allocated timers for itrigger. If old timers were present, they were simply overwritten by the new timers, resulting in a memory leak.
Divide riscv_trigger_init() into two functions, namely riscv_trigger_realize() and riscv_trigger_reset() and call them in appropriate timing. The timer allocation will happen only once for a CPU in riscv_trigger_realize().

target/riscv: set tval for triggered watchpoints
According to privileged spec, if [sm]tval is written with a nonzero value when a breakpoint exception occurs, then [sm]tval will contain the faulting virtual address. Set tval to hit address when breakpoint exception is triggered by hardware watchpoint.

Avoid calling riscv_itrigger_enabled() when calculate the tbflags. As the itrigger enable status can only be changed when write tdata1, migration load or itrigger fire, update env->itrigger_enabled at these places.

target/riscv: Enable native debug itrigger
When QEMU is not in icount mode, execute instruction one by one. The tdata1 can be read directly.
When QEMU is in icount mode, use a timer to simulate the itrigger. The tdata1 may be not right because of lazy update of count in tdata1. Thus, We should pack the adjusted count into tdata1 before read it back.

target/riscv: Add itrigger support when icount is enabled
The max count in itrigger can be 0x3FFF, which will cause a no trivial translation and execution overload.
When icount is enabled, QEMU provides API that can fetch guest instruction number. Thus, we can set an timer for itrigger with the count as deadline.
Only when timer expires or priviledge mode changes, do lazy update to count.
