qapi: convert "Example" sections without titles
Use the no-option form of ".. qmp-example::" to convert any Examples that do not have any form of caption or explanation whatsoever. Note that in a few cases, example sections are split into two or more separate example blocks. This is only done stylistically to create a delineation between two or more logically independent examples.
See commit-3: "docs/qapidoc: create qmp-example directive", for a detailed explanation of this custom directive syntax.
See commit+3: "qapi: remove "Example" doc section" for a detailed explanation of why.
Note: an empty "TODO" line was added to announce-self to keep the example from floating up into the body; this will be addressed more rigorously in the new qapidoc generator.

i386/sev: Update query-sev QAPI format to handle SEV-SNP
Most of the current 'query-sev' command is relevant to both legacy SEV/SEV-ES guests and SEV-SNP guests, with 2 exceptions:
- 'policy' is a 64-bit field for SEV-SNP, not 32-bit, and the meaning of the bit positions has changed - 'handle' is not relevant to SEV-SNP
To address this, this patch adds a new 'sev-type' field that can be used as a discriminator to select between SEV and SEV-SNP-specific fields/formats without breaking compatibility for existing management tools (so long as management tools that add support for launching SEV-SNP guest update their handling of query-sev appropriately).
The corresponding HMP command has also been fixed up similarly.

qapi: Indent tagged doc comment sections properly
docs/devel/qapi-code-gen demands that the "second and subsequent lines of sections other than "Example"/"Examples" should be indented". Commit a937b6aa739 (qapi: Reformat doc comments to conform to current conventions) missed a few instances, and a few more have crept in since. Indent them.

See recent commit "qapi: Relax doc string @name: description indentation rules" for rationale.
Reflow paragraphs to 70 columns width, and consistently use two spaces to separate sentences.
To check the generated documentation does not change, I compared the generated HTML before and after this commit with "wdiff -3". Finds no differences. Comparing with diff is not useful, as the reflown paragraphs are visible there.

Merge branch 'xenfv-kvm-15' of git://git.infradead.org/users/dwmw2/qemu into HEAD
This adds support for emulating Xen under Linux/KVM, based on kernel patches which have been present since Linux v5.12. As with the kernel support, it's derived from work started by João Martins of Oracle in 2018.
This series just adds the basic platform support — CPUID, hypercalls, event channels, a stub of XenStore.
A full single-tenant internal implementation of XenStore, and patches to make QEMU's Xen PV drivers work with this Xen emulation, are waiting in the wings to be submitted in a follow-on patch series.
As noted in the documentation, it's enabled by setting the xen-version property on the KVM accelerator, e.g.:
qemu-system-x86_64 -serial mon:stdio -M q35 -display none -m 1G -smp 2 \ -accel kvm,xen-version=0x4000e,kernel-irqchip=split \ -kernel vmlinuz-6.0.7-301.fc37.x86_64 \ -append "console=ttyS0 root=/dev/sda1" \ -drive file=/var/lib/libvirt/images/fedora28.qcow2,if=none,id=disk \ -device ahci,id=ahci -device ide-hd,drive=disk,bus=ahci.0
Even before this was merged, we've already been using it to find and fix bugs in the Linux kernel Xen guest support:
