migration/multifd: Drop unnecessary helper to destroy IOC
Both socket_send_channel_destroy() and multifd_send_channel_destroy() are unnecessary wrappers to destroy an IOC, as the only thing to do is to release the final IOC reference. We have plenty of code that destroys an IOC using direct unref() already; keep that style.

migration/multifd: Cleanup outgoing_args in state destroy
outgoing_args is a global cache of socket address to be reused in multifd. Freeing the cache in per-channel destructor is more or less a hack. Move it to multifd_send_cleanup_state() so it only get checked once. Use a small helper to do so because it's internal of socket.c.

Socket transport backend for 'migrate'/'migrate-incoming' QAPIs accept new wire protocol of MigrateAddress struct.
It is achived by parsing 'uri' string and storing migration parameters required for socket connection into well defined SocketAddress struct.

Following David advise: - looked through the history, capabilities are newer than 2012, so we can remove that bit of the header. - This part is posterior to Anthony. Original Author is Orit. Once there, I put myself. Peter Xu also did quite a bit of work here. Anyone else wants/needs to be there? I didn't search too hard because nobody asked before to be added.
What do you think?

migration: Postcopy preemption preparation on channel creation
Create a new socket for postcopy to be prepared to send postcopy requested pages via this specific channel, so as to not get blocked by precopy pages.
A new thread is also created on dest qemu to receive data from this new channel based on the ram_load_postcopy() routine.
The ram_load_postcopy(POSTCOPY) branch and the thread has not started to function, and that'll be done in follow up patches.
Cleanup the new sockets on both src/dst QEMUs, meanwhile look after the new thread too to make sure it'll be recycled properly.

multifd: Implement zero copy write in multifd migration (multifd-zero-copy)
Implement zero copy send on nocomp_send_write(), by making use of QIOChannel writev + flags & flush interface.
Change multifd_send_sync_main() so flush_zero_copy() can be called after each iteration in order to make sure all dirty pages are sent before a new iteration is started. It will also flush at the beginning and at the end of migration.
Also make it return -1 if flush_zero_copy() fails, in order to cancel the migration process, and avoid resuming the guest in the target host without receiving all current RAM.
This will work fine on RAM migration because the RAM pages are not usually freed, and there is no problem on changing the pages content between writev_zero_copy() and the actual sending of the buffer, because this change will dirty the page and cause it to be re-sent on a next iteration anyway.
A lot of locked memory may be needed in order to use multifd migration with zero-copy enabled, so disabling the feature should be necessary for low-privileged users trying to perform multifd migrations.

migration: Add zero-copy-send parameter for QMP/HMP for Linux
Add property that allows zero-copy migration of memory pages on the sending side, and also includes a helper function migrate_use_zero_copy_send() to check if it's enabled.
No code is introduced to actually do the migration, but it allow future implementations to enable/disable this feature.
On non-Linux builds this parameter is compiled-out.

migration: unify the framework of socket-type channel
Currently, the only difference of tcp channel and unix channel in migration/socket.c is the way to build SocketAddress, but socket_parse() can handle these two types, so use it to instead of tcp_build_address() and unix_build_address().
The socket-type channel can be further unified based on the up, this would be helpful for us to add other socket-type channels.
