migration/dirtyrate: Silence warning about strcpy() on OpenBSD
The linker on OpenBSD complains:
ld: warning: dirtyrate.c:447 (../src/migration/dirtyrate.c:447)(...): warning: strcpy() is almost always misused, please use strlcpy()
It's currently not a real problem in this case since both arrays have the same size (256 bytes). But just in case somebody changes the size of the source array in the future, let's better play safe and use g_strlcpy() here instead, with an additional check that the string has been copied as a whole.

migration: Put thread names together with macros
Keep migration thread names together, so it's easier to see a list of all possible migration threads.
Still two functional changes below besides the macro defintions:
- There's one dirty rate thread that we overlooked before, now we add that too and name it as "mig/dirtyrate" following the old rules.
- The old name "mig/src/rp-thr" has "-thr" but it may not be useful if it's a thread name anyway, while "rp" can be slightly hard to read. Taking this chance to rename it to "mig/src/return", hopefully a better name.

memory: Add Error** argument to the global_dirty_log routines
Now that the log_global*() handlers take an Error** parameter and return a bool, do the same for memory_global_dirty_log_start() and memory_global_dirty_log_stop(). The error is reported in the callers for now and it will be propagated in the call stack in the next changes.
To be noted a functional change in ram_init_bitmaps(), if the dirty pages logger fails to start, there is no need to synchronize the dirty pages bitmaps. colo_incoming_start_dirty_log() could be modified in a similar way.

system/cpus: rename qemu_mutex_lock_iothread() to bql_lock()
The Big QEMU Lock (BQL) has many names and they are confusing. The actual QemuMutex variable is called qemu_global_mutex but it's commonly referred to as the BQL in discussions and some code comments. The locking APIs, however, are called qemu_mutex_lock_iothread() and qemu_mutex_unlock_iothread().
The "iothread" name is historic and comes from when the main thread was split into into KVM vcpu threads and the "iothread" (now called the main loop thread). I have contributed to the confusion myself by introducing a separate --object iothread, a separate concept unrelated to the BQL.
The "iothread" name is no longer appropriate for the BQL. Rename the locking APIs to: - void bql_lock(void) - void bql_unlock(void) - bool bql_locked(void)
There are more APIs with "iothread" in their names. Subsequent patches will rename them. There are also comments and documentation that will be updated in later patches.

migration/dirtyrate: use QEMU_CLOCK_HOST to report start-time
Currently query-dirty-rate uses QEMU_CLOCK_REALTIME as the source for start-time field. This translates to clock_gettime(CLOCK_MONOTONIC), i.e. number of seconds since host boot. This is not very useful. The only reasonable use case of start-time I can imagine is to check whether previously completed measurements are too old or not. But this makes sense only if start-time is reported as host wall-clock time.
This patch replaces source of start-time from QEMU_CLOCK_REALTIME to QEMU_CLOCK_HOST.

migration/calc-dirty-rate: millisecond-granularity period
This patch allows to measure dirty page rate for sub-second intervals of time. An optional argument is introduced -- calc-time-unit. For example: {"execute": "calc-dirty-rate", "arguments": {"calc-time": 500, "calc-time-unit": "millisecond"} }
Millisecond granularity allows to make predictions whether migration will succeed or not. To do this, calculate dirty rate with calc-time set to max allowed downtime (e.g. 300ms), convert measured rate into volume of dirtied memory, and divide by network throughput. If the value is lower than max allowed downtime, then migration will converge.
Measurement results for single thread randomly writing to a 1/4/24GiB memory region:

migration: Add last stage indicator to global dirty log
The global dirty log synchronization is used when KVM and dirty ring are enabled. There is a particularity for ARM64 where the backup bitmap is used to track dirty pages in non-running-vcpu situations. It means the dirty ring works with the combination of ring buffer and backup bitmap. The dirty bits in the backup bitmap needs to collected in the last stage of live migration.
In order to identify the last stage of live migration and pass it down, an extra parameter is added to the relevant functions and callbacks. This last stage indicator isn't used until the dirty ring is enabled in the subsequent patches.
No functional change intended.
