ui/win32: fix potential use-after-free with dbus shared memory
DisplaySurface may be free before the pixman image is freed, since the image is refcounted and used by different objects, including pending dbus messages.
Furthermore, setting the destroy function in create_displaysurface_from() isn't appropriate, as it may not be used, and may be overriden as in ramfb.
Set the destroy function when the shared handle is set, use the HANDLE directly for destroy data, using a single common helper qemu_pixman_win32_image_destroy().

Replace config-time define HOST_WORDS_BIGENDIAN
Replace a config-time define with a compile time condition define (compatible with clang and gcc) that must be declared prior to its usage. This avoids having a global configure time define, but also prevents from bad usage, if the config header wasn't included before.
This can help to make some code independent from qemu too.
gcc supports __BYTE_ORDER__ from about 4.6 and clang from 3.2.

Remove the CONFIG_PRAGMA_DIAGNOSTIC_AVAILABLE switch
GCC supports "#pragma GCC diagnostic" since version 4.6, and Clang seems to support it, too, since its early versions 3.x. That means that our minimum required compiler versions all support this pragma already and we can remove the test from configure and all the related #ifdefs in the code.

console: screendump improvements
Hi,
The following patches have been extracted from the "[PATCH v6 00/25] monitor: add asynchronous command type", as they are reviewable/mergeable independantly.
They introduce some internal API changes, and fix qemu_open()/qemu_close()/unlink() misusages which should be quite harmless.
