modules: introduces module_kconfig directive
module_kconfig is a new directive that should be used with module_obj whenever that module depends on the Kconfig to be enabled.
When the module is enabled in Kconfig we are sure that its dependencies will be enabled as well, thus the module will be loaded without any problem.
The correct way to use module_kconfig is by passing the Kconfig option to module_kconfig (or the *config-devices.mak without CONFIG_).

s390x: modularize virtio-gpu-ccw
Since the virtio-gpu-ccw device depends on the hw-display-virtio-gpu module, which provides the type virtio-gpu-device, packaging the hw-display-virtio-gpu module as a separate package that may or may not be installed along with the qemu package leads to problems. Namely if the hw-display-virtio-gpu is absent, qemu continues to advertise virtio-gpu-ccw, but it aborts not only when one attempts using virtio-gpu-ccw, but also when libvirtd's capability probing tries to instantiate the type to introspect it.
Let us thus introduce a module named hw-s390x-virtio-gpu-ccw that is going to provide the virtio-gpu-ccw device. The hw-s390x prefix was chosen because it is not a portable device.
With virtio-gpu-ccw built as a module, the correct way to package a modularized qemu is to require that hw-display-virtio-gpu must be installed whenever the module hw-s390x-virtio-gpu-ccw.

qdev: Convert uses of qdev_set_parent_bus() with Coccinelle
In addition to the qdev_create() patterns converted so far, we have a qdev_set_parent_bus() pattern. Mostly when we embed a device in a parent device rather than allocating it on the heap.
This pattern also puts devices in the dangerous "no QOM parent, but plugged into bus" state I explained in recent commit "qdev: New qdev_new(), qdev_realize(), etc."
Apply same solution: convert to qdev_realize(). Coccinelle script:
@@ expression dev, bus, errp; symbol true; @@ - qdev_set_parent_bus(DEVICE(dev), bus); ... - object_property_set_bool(OBJECT(dev), true, "realized", errp); + qdev_realize(DEVICE(dev), bus, errp);
@ depends on !(file in "qdev-monitor.c") && !(file in "hw/core/qdev.c")@ expression dev, bus, errp; symbol true; @@ - qdev_set_parent_bus(dev, bus); ... - object_property_set_bool(OBJECT(dev), true, "realized", errp); + qdev_realize(dev, bus, errp);
@@ expression dev, bus; symbol true; @@ - qdev_set_parent_bus(DEVICE(dev), bus); ... - qdev_init_nofail(DEVICE(dev)); + qdev_realize(DEVICE(dev), bus, &error_fatal);
Unconverted uses of qdev_set_parent_bus() remain. They'll be converted later in this series.

Include hw/qdev-properties.h less
In my "build everything" tree, changing hw/qdev-properties.h triggers a recompile of some 2700 out of 6600 objects (not counting tests and objects that don't depend on qemu/osdep.h).
Many places including hw/qdev-properties.h (directly or via hw/qdev.h) actually need only hw/qdev-core.h. Include hw/qdev-core.h there instead.
hw/qdev.h is actually pointless: all it does is include hw/qdev-core.h and hw/qdev-properties.h, which in turn includes hw/qdev-core.h. Replace the remaining uses of hw/qdev.h by hw/qdev-properties.h.
While there, delete a few superfluous inclusions of hw/qdev-core.h.
Touching hw/qdev-properties.h now recompiles some 1200 objects.

hw/s390x: Move virtio-ccw-gpu code to a separate file
The code should only be enabled if CONFIG_VIRTIO_GPU has been set. This can be done best if the code resides in a separate file.
