ppc/pnv: Fix LPC POWER8 register sanity check
POWER8 does not have the ISA IRQ -> SERIRQ routing system of later CPUs, instead all ISA IRQs are sent to the CPU via a single PSI interrupt. There is a sanity check in the POWER8 case to ensure the routing bits have not been set, because that would indicate a programming error.
Those bits were incorrectly specified because of ppc bit numbering fun. Coverity detected this as an always-zero expression.

ppc/pnv: Fix LPC serirq routing calculation
The serirq routing table is split over two registers, the calculation for the high irqs in the second register did not subtract the irq offset. This was spotted by Coverity as a shift-by-negative. Fix this and change the open-coded shifting and masking to use extract32() function so it's less error-prone.
This went unnoticed because irqs >= 14 are not used in a standard QEMU/OPAL boot, changing the first QEMU serial-isa irq to 14 to test does demonstrate serial irqs aren't received, and that this change fixes that.

ppc/pnv: Implement ADU access to LPC space
One of the functions of the ADU is indirect memory access engines that send and receive data via ADU registers.
This implements the ADU LPC memory access functionality sufficiently for IBM proprietary firmware to access the UART and print characters to the serial port as it does on real hardware.
This requires a linkage between adu and lpc, which allows adu to perform memory access in the lpc space.

ppc/pnv: Implement POWER9 LPC PSI serirq outputs and auto-clear function
The POWER8 LPC ISA device irqs all get combined and reported to the line connected the PSI LPCHC irq. POWER9 changed this so only internal LPC host controller irqs use that line, and the device irqs get routed to 4 new lines connected to PSI SERIRQ0-3.
POWER9 also introduced a new feature that automatically clears the irq status in the LPC host controller when EOI'ed, so software does not have to.
The powernv OPAL (skiboot) firmware managed to work because the LPCHC irq handler scanned all LPC irqs and handled those including clearing status even on POWER9 systems. So LPC irqs worked despite OPAL thinking it was running in POWER9 mode. After this change, UART interrupts show up on serirq1 which is where OPAL routes them to:
cat /proc/interrupts ... 20: 0 XIVE-IRQ 1048563 Level opal-psi#0:lpchc ... 25: 34 XIVE-IRQ 1048568 Level opal-psi#0:lpc_serirq_mux1
Whereas they previously turn up on lpchc.

ppc/pnv: Fix loss of LPC SERIRQ interrupts
The LPC HC irq status register bits are set when an LPC IRQSER input is asserted. These irq status bits drive the PSI irq to the CPU interrupt controller. The LPC HC irq status bits are cleared by software writing to the register with 1's for the bits to clear.
Existing register write was clearing the irq status bits even when the input was asserted, this results in interrupts being lost.
This fix changes the behavior to keep track of the device IRQ status in internal state that is separate from the irq status register, and only allowing the irq status bits to be cleared if the associated input is not asserted.

Merge branch 'xenfv-kvm-15' of git://git.infradead.org/users/dwmw2/qemu into HEAD
This adds support for emulating Xen under Linux/KVM, based on kernel patches which have been present since Linux v5.12. As with the kernel support, it's derived from work started by João Martins of Oracle in 2018.
This series just adds the basic platform support — CPUID, hypercalls, event channels, a stub of XenStore.
A full single-tenant internal implementation of XenStore, and patches to make QEMU's Xen PV drivers work with this Xen emulation, are waiting in the wings to be submitted in a follow-on patch series.
As noted in the documentation, it's enabled by setting the xen-version property on the KVM accelerator, e.g.:
qemu-system-x86_64 -serial mon:stdio -M q35 -display none -m 1G -smp 2 \ -accel kvm,xen-version=0x4000e,kernel-irqchip=split \ -kernel vmlinuz-6.0.7-301.fc37.x86_64 \ -append "console=ttyS0 root=/dev/sda1" \ -drive file=/var/lib/libvirt/images/fedora28.qcow2,if=none,id=disk \ -device ahci,id=ahci -device ide-hd,drive=disk,bus=ahci.0
Even before this was merged, we've already been using it to find and fix bugs in the Linux kernel Xen guest support:

include/hw/ppc: Split pnv_chip.h off pnv.h
PnvChipClass, PnvChip, Pnv8Chip, Pnv9Chip, and Pnv10Chip are defined in pnv.h. Many users of the header don't actually need them. One instance is this inclusion loop: hw/ppc/pnv_homer.h includes hw/ppc/pnv.h for typedef PnvChip, and vice versa for struct PnvHomer.
Similar structs live in their own headers: PnvHomerClass and PnvHomer in pnv_homer.h, PnvLpcClass and PnvLpcController in pci_lpc.h, PnvPsiClass, PnvPsi, Pnv8Psi, Pnv9Psi, Pnv10Psi in pnv_psi.h, ...
Move PnvChipClass, PnvChip, Pnv8Chip, Pnv9Chip, and Pnv10Chip to new pnv_chip.h, and adjust include directives. This breaks the inclusion loop mentioned above.

ppc/pnv: Remove PnvLpcController::psi link
Create an anonymous output GPIO line to connect the LPC device with the PSIHB device and raise the appropriate PSI IRQ line depending on the processor model.
A temporary __pnv_psi_irq_set() routine is introduced to handle the transition. It will be removed when all devices raising PSI interrupts are converted to use GPIOs.

ppc/pnv: Remove default disablement of the PNOR contents
On PowerNV systems, the BMC is in charge of mapping the PNOR contents on the LPC FW address space using the HIOMAP protocol. Under QEMU, we emulate this behavior and we also add an extra control on the flash accesses by letting the HIOMAP command handler decide whether the memory region is accessible or not depending on the firmware requests.
However, this behavior is not compatible with hostboot like firmwares which need this mapping to be always available. For this reason, the PNOR memory region is initially disabled for skiboot mode only.
This is badly placed under the LPC model and requires the use of the machine. Since it doesn't add much, simply remove the initial setting. The extra control in the HIOMAP command handler will still be performed.
