For small disk images (<4 GiB), QEMU and SeaBIOS default to the
LARGE/ECHS disk translation method, but it is not uncommon for other
BIOS software to use LBA in these cases as well. Some operating
system boot loaders (e.g., NT 4) do not handle LARGE translations
outside of fixed configurations. See, e.g., Q154052:

"When starting an x86 based computer, Ntdetect.com retrieves and
stores Interrupt 13 information. . . If the disk controller is using a
32 sector/64 head translation scheme, this boundary will be 1 GB. If
the controller uses 63 sector/255 head translation [AUTHOR: i.e.,
LBA], the limit will be 4 GB."

To accommodate these situations, hd_geometry_guess() now follows the
disk translation specified by the user even when the ATA disk geometry
is guessed.

hd_geometry_guess():
* Only set the disk translation when translation is AUTO.
* Show the soon-to-be active translation (*ptrans) in the trace rather
than what was guessed.

498e386c584. Then, we couldn't perform I/O throttling with synchronous
requests because

The functionality offered by blk_pread_unthrottled() goes back to commit
498e386c584. Then, we couldn't perform I/O throttling with synchronous
requests because timers wouldn't be executed in polling loops. So the
commit automatically disabled I/O throttling as soon as a synchronous
request was issued.

However, for geometry detection during disk initialisation, we always
used (and still use) synchronous requests even if guest requests use AIO
later. Geometry detection was not wanted to disable I/O throttling, so
bdrv_pread_unthrottled() was introduced which disabled throttling only
temporarily.

All of this isn't necessary any more because we do run timers in polling
loop and even synchronous requests are now using coroutine
infrastructure internally. For this reason, commit 90c78624f already
removed the automatic disabling of I/O throttling.

It's time to get rid of the workaround for the removed code, and its
abuse of blk_root_drained_begin()/end(), as well.

In my "build everything" tree, a change to the types in
qapi-schema.json triggers a recompile of about 4800 out of 5100
objects.

In my "build everything" tree, a change to the types in
qapi-schema.json triggers a recompile of about 4800 out of 5100
objects.

The previous commit split up qmp-commands.h, qmp-event.h, qmp-visit.h,
qapi-types.h. Each of these headers still includes all its shards.
Reduce compile time by including just the shards we actually need.

To illustrate the benefits: adding a type to qapi/migration.json now
recompiles some 2300 instead of 4800 objects. The next commit will
improve it further.

BlockConf: Call backend functions to detect geometry and blocksizes

geometry: hd_geometry_guess function autodetects the drive geometry.
This patch adds a block backend call, that probes the backing device
geometry. If the inner driver method is implemented and succeeds
(currently only for DASDs), the blkconf_geometry will pass-through
the backing device geometry. Otherwise will fallback to old logic.

blocksize: This patch initializes blocksize properties to 0.
In order to set the property a blkconf_blocksizes was introduced.
If user didn't set physical or logical blocksize, it will
retrieve its value from a driver (only succeeds for DASD), otherwise
it will set default 512 value.

The blkconf_blocksizes call was added to all users of BlkConf.

Device models should access their block backends only through the
block-backend.h API. Convert them, and drop direct includes of
inappropriate headers.

Just four uses of BlockDriverState are left:

* The Xen paravirtual block device backend (xen_disk.c) opens images
itself when set up via xenbus, bypassing blockdev.c. I figure it
should go through qmp_blockdev_add() instead.

* Device model "usb-storage" prompts for keys. No other device model
does, and this one probably shouldn't do it, either.

* ide_issue_trim_cb() uses bdrv_aio_discard() instead of
blk_aio_discard() because it fishes its backend out of a BlockAIOCB,
which has only the BlockDriverState.

* PC87312State has an unused BlockDriverState[] member.

The next two commits take care of the latter two.
