docs: use consistent markup for footnotes

Unfortunately, the definition of the footnote syntax requires
the author to use the awkward escaped space "\ " in the really common
case of "footnote marker at end of word or sentence"; and in fact the rST
documentation's examples of footnote syntax contain only artificial
examples that do *not* use the syntax. This resulted in ugly rendering
of footnotes throughout QEMU's documentation. Ensure the space is escaped
whenever the footnote must attach to the preceding word, and also use
a named reference for clarity.

docs/devel/loads-stores: Fix git grep regexes

The loads-and-stores documentation includes git grep regexes to find
occurrences of the various functions. Some of these regexes have
errors, typically failing to escape the '?', '(' and ')' when they
should be metacharacters (since these are POSIX basic REs). We also
weren't consistent about whether to have a ':' on the end of the
line introducing the list of regexes in each section.

Fix the errors.

The following shell rune will complain about any REs in the
file which don't have any matches in the codebase:
for re in $(sed -ne 's/ - ``\(\\<.*\)``/\1/p' docs/devel/loads-stores.rst); do git grep -q "$re" || echo "no matches for re $re"; done

bswap: Add the ability to store to an unaligned 24 bit field

CXL has 24 bit unaligned fields which need to be stored to. CXL is
specified as little endian.

Define st24_le_p() and the supporting functions to store such a field
from a 32 bit host native value.

The use of b, w, l, q as the size specifier is limiting. So "24" was
used for the size part of the function name.

accel/tcg: Add cpu_{ld,st}*_mmu interfaces

These functions are much closer to the softmmu helper
functions, in that they take the complete MemOpIdx,
and from that they may enforce required alignment.

The previous cpu_ldst.h functions did not have alignment info,
and so did not enforce it. Retain this by adding MO_UNALN to
the MemOp that we create in calling the new functions.

Note that we are not yet enforcing alignment for user-only,
but we now have the information with which to do so.

docs: Be consistent about capitalization of 'Arm'

The company 'Arm' went through a rebranding some years back
involving a recapitalization from 'ARM' to 'Arm'. As a result
our documentation is a bit inconsistent between the two forms.
It's not worth trying to update everywhere in QEMU, but it's
easy enough to make docs/ consistent.

Note that "ARMv8" and similar architecture names, and
older CPU names like "ARM926" still retain all-caps.
