tpm_emulator: Read control channel response in 2 passes

Error responses from swtpm are typically only 4 bytes long with the
exception of a few commands that return more bytes. Therefore, read the
entire response in 2 steps and stop if the first few bytes indicate an
error response with no subsequent bytes readable. Read the rest in a 2nd
step, if needed. This avoids getting stuck while waiting for too many
bytes in case of an error. The 'getting stuck' condition has not been
observed in practice so far, though.

tpm: Use new ptm_cap_n structure for PTM_GET_CAPABILITY

Use the new ptm_cap_n structure for getting the PTM_GET_CAPABILITY response
from swtpm. Previously only 17 bits could possibly have been set in ptm_cap
(uint64_t) in big endian order and those bits are now found in the 2nd
32bit word in the response in the caps field.

This data structure makes it now clear that the 1st 32bit word carries the
tpm_result like all the other response structures of all other commands
do.

The changes are taken from the swtpm project's tpm_ioctl.h.

cpus: check running not RUN_STATE_RUNNING

When a vm transitions from running to suspended, runstate notifiers are
not called, so the notifiers still think the vm is running. Hence, when
we call vm_start to restore the suspended state, we call vm_state_notify
with running=1. However, some notifiers check for RUN_STATE_RUNNING.
They must check the running boolean instead.

migration: simplify blockers

Modify migrate_add_blocker and migrate_del_blocker to take an Error **
reason. This allows migration to own the Error object, so that if
an error occurs in migrate_add_blocker, migration code can free the Error
and clear the client handle, simplifying client code. It also simplifies
the migrate_del_blocker call site.

In addition, this is a pre-requisite for a proposed future patch that would
add a mode argument to migration requests to support live update, and
maintain a list of blockers for each mode. A blocker may apply to a single
mode or to multiple modes, and passing Error** will allow one Error object
to be registered for multiple modes.

No functional change.

tpm_emulator: Have swtpm relock storage upon migration fall-back

Swtpm may release the lock once the last one of its state blobs has been
migrated out. In case of VM migration failure QEMU now needs to notify
swtpm that it should again take the lock, which it can otherwise only do
once it has received the first TPM command from the VM.

Only try to send the lock command if swtpm supports it. It will not have
released the lock (and support shared storage setups) if it doesn't
support the locking command since the functionality of releasing the lock
upon state blob reception and the lock command were added to swtpm
'together'.

If QEMU sends the lock command and the storage has already been locked
no error is reported.

If swtpm does not receive the lock command (from older version of QEMU),
it will lock the storage once the first TPM command has been received. So
sending the lock command is an optimization.

tpm_emulator: Avoid double initialization during migration

When resuming after a migration, the backend sends CMD_INIT to the
emulator from the startup callback, then it sends the migration state
from the vmstate to the emulator, then it sends CMD_INIT again. Skip the

qapi: Convert simple union TpmTypeOptions to flat one

Simple unions predate flat unions. Having both complicates the QAPI
schema language and the QAPI generator. We haven't been using simple
unions in new code for a long time, because they are less flexible and
somewhat awkward on the wire.

To prepare for their removal, convert simple union TpmTypeOptions to
an equivalent flat one, with existing enum TpmType replacing implicit
enum TpmTypeOptionsKind. Adds some boilerplate to the schema, which
is a bit ugly, but a lot easier to maintain than the simple union
feature.
