Fix FFDC argument passing in test suites
Fixes the following failure:
Teardown failed:
Keyword 'openbmc_ffdc.FFDC On Test Case Fail'i
expected 0 arguments, got 1.

Changes:
- Remove extra arguments passed, FFDC has changed since
this test script was implemented. Doing cleanup here.
