Merge branch 'Avoid dummy bpf_offload_netdev in __bpf_prog_dev_bound_init'

Eduard Zingerman says:

====================
For a device bound BPF program with flag BPF_F_XDP_DEV_BOUND_ONLY,
in case if device does not support offload, __bpf_prog_dev_bound_init()
creates a dummy bpf_offload_netdev struct with .offdev field set to NULL.

This dummy struct might be reused for programs without this flag
bound to the same device. However, bpf_prog_offload_verifier_prep()
that uses bpf_offload_netdev assumes that .offdev field cannot be NULL.

This bug was reported by syzbot in [1].

bpf: Avoid dummy bpf_offload_netdev in __bpf_prog_dev_bound_init

Fix for a bug observable under the following sequence of events:
1. Create a network device that does not support XDP offload.
2. Load a device bound XDP program with BPF_F_XDP_DEV_BOUND_ONLY flag
(such programs are not offloaded).
3. Load a device bound XDP program with zero flags
(such programs are offloaded).

At step (2) __bpf_prog_dev_bound_init() associates with device (1)
a dummy bpf_offload_netdev struct with .offdev field set to NULL.
At step (3) __bpf_prog_dev_bound_init() would reuse dummy struct
allocated at step (2).
However, downstream usage of the bpf_offload_netdev assumes that
.offdev field can't be NULL, e.g. in bpf_prog_offload_verifier_prep().

Adjust __bpf_prog_dev_bound_init() to require bpf_offload_netdev
with non-NULL .offdev for offloaded BPF programs.

Merge branch 'net: struct netdev_rx_queue and xdp.h reshuffling'

Jakub Kicinski says:

====================
While poking at struct netdev_rx_queue I got annoyed by
the huge rebuild times. I split it out from netdevice.h
and then realized that it was the main reason we included
xdp.h in there. So I removed that dependency as well.

This gives us very pleasant build times for both xdp.h
and struct netdev_rx_queue changes.

I'm sending this for bpf-next because I think it'd be easiest
if it goes in there, and then bpf-next gets flushed soon after?
I can also make a branch on merge-base for net-next and bpf-next..

net: invert the netdevice.h vs xdp.h dependency

xdp.h is far more specific and is included in only 67 other
files vs netdevice.h's 1538 include sites.
Make xdp.h include netdevice.h, instead of the other way around.
This decreases the incremental allmodconfig builds size when
xdp.h is touched from 5947 to 662 objects.

Move bpf_prog_run_xdp() to xdp.h, seems appropriate and filter.h
is a mega-header in its own right so it's nice to avoid xdp.h
getting included there as well.

The only unfortunate part is that the typedef for xdp_features_t
has to move to netdevice.h, since its embedded in struct netdevice.

- Allow the core code to retrigger an interrupt that has
fired while the same interrupt is being handled on another
CPU, papering over a GICv3 architecture issue

- Work around an integration problem on ASR8601, where the CPU
numbering isn't representable in the GIC implementation...

- Add some missing interrupt to the STM32 irqchip

- A bunch of warning squashing triggered by W=1 builds

spi-geni-qcom: Add new interfaces and utilise them

Merge series from Vijaya Krishna Nivarthi <quic_vnivarth@quicinc.com>:

A "known issue" during implementation of SE DMA for spi geni driver was
that it does DMA map/unmap internally instead of in spi framework.
Current patches remove this hiccup and also clean up code a bit.

Testing revealed no regressions and results with 1000 iterations of
reading from EC showed no loss of performance.
