jfs: fix out-of-bounds in dbNextAG() and diAlloc()
[ Upstream commit e63866a475562810500ea7f784099bfe341e761a ]
In dbNextAG() , there is no check for the case where bmp->db_numag is greater or same than MAXAG due to a polluted image, which causes an out-of-bounds. Therefore, a bounds check should be added in dbMount().
And in dbNextAG(), a check for the case where agpref is greater than bmp->db_numag should be added, so an out-of-bounds exception should be prevented.
Additionally, a check for the case where agno is greater or same than MAXAG should be added in diAlloc() to prevent out-of-bounds.

The issue is caused when the value of lp becomes greater than CTLTREESIZE which is the max size of stree. Adding a simple check solves this issue.
Dave: As the function returns a void, good error handling would require a more intrusive code reorganization, so I modified Osama's patch at use WARN_ON_ONCE for lack of a cleaner option.
The patch is tested via syzbot.

Currently while searching for dmtree_t for sufficient free blocks there is an array out of bounds while getting element in tp->dm_stree. To add the required check for out of bound we first need to determine the type of dmtree. Thus added an extra parameter to dbFindLeaf so that the type of tree can be determined and the required check can be applied.
