jbd2: avoid infinite transaction commit loop
commit 27ba5b67312a944576addc4df44ac3b709aabede upstream.
Commit 9f356e5a4f12 ("jbd2: Account descriptor blocks into t_outstanding_credits") started to account descriptor blocks into transactions outstanding credits. However it didn't appropriately decrease the maximum amount of credits available to userspace. Thus if the filesystem requests a transaction smaller than j_max_transaction_buffers but large enough that when descriptor blocks are added the size exceeds j_max_transaction_buffers, we confuse add_transaction_credits() into thinking previous handles have grown the transaction too much and enter infinite journal commit loop in start_this_handle() -> add_transaction_credits() trying to create transaction with enough credits available.
Fix the problem by properly accounting for transaction space reserved for descriptor blocks when verifying requested transaction handle size.

jbd2: precompute number of transaction descriptor blocks
commit e3a00a23781c1f2fcda98a7aecaac515558e7a35 upstream.
Instead of computing the number of descriptor blocks a transaction can have each time we need it (which is currently when starting each transaction but will become more frequent later) precompute the number once during journal initialization together with maximum transaction size. We perform the precomputation whenever journal feature set is updated similarly as for computation of journal->j_revoke_records_per_block.

jbd2: Remove page size assumptions
jbd2_alloc() allocates a buffer from slab when the block size is smaller than PAGE_SIZE, and slab may be using a compound page. Before commit 8147c4c4546f, we set b_page to the precise page containing the buffer and this code worked well. Now we set b_page to the head page of the allocation, so we can no longer use offset_in_page(). While we could do a 1:1 replacement with offset_in_folio(), use the more idiomatic bh_offset() and the folio APIs to map the buffer.
This isn't enough to support a b_size larger than PAGE_SIZE on HIGHMEM machines, but this is good enough to fix the actual bug we're seeing.

ASoC: Updates for v6.6
Here's an initial batch of updates for ASoC for this release cycle. We've got a bunch of new drivers in here, a bit of core work from Morimoto-san and quite a lot of janitorial work. There's several updates that pull in changes from other subsystems in order to build on them:
- An adaptor to allow use of IIO DACs and ADCs in ASoC which pulls in some IIO changes. - Create a library function for intlog10() and use it in the NAU8825 driver. - Include the ASoC tests, including the topology tests, in the default KUnit full test coverage. This also involves enabling UML builds of ALSA since that's the default KUnit test environment which pulls in the addition of some stubs to the driver. - More factoring out from Morimoto-san. - Convert a lot of drivers to use the more modern maple tree register cache. - Support for AMD machines with MAX98388 and NAU8821, Cirrus Logic CS35L36, Intel AVS machines with ES8336 and RT5663 and NXP i.MX93.

jbd2: fix a race when checking checkpoint buffer busy
Before removing checkpoint buffer from the t_checkpoint_list, we have to check both BH_Dirty and BH_Lock bits together to distinguish buffers have not been or were being written back. But __cp_buffer_busy() checks them separately, it first check lock state and then check dirty, the window between these two checks could be raced by writing back procedure, which locks buffer and clears buffer dirty before I/O completes. So it cannot guarantee checkpointing buffers been written back to disk if some error happens later. Finally, it may clean checkpoint transactions and lead to inconsistent filesystem.
jbd2_journal_forget() and __journal_try_to_free_buffer() also have the same problem (journal_unmap_buffer() escape from this issue since it's running under the buffer lock), so fix them through introducing a new helper to try holding the buffer lock and remove really clean buffer.
