Pull ARM SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann: "The main change this time was the introduction of the drivers/genpd subsystem that gets split out from drivers/soc to keep common functionality together.
The SCMI driver subsystem gets an update to version 3.2 of the specification. There are also updates to memory, reset and other firmware drivers.
On the soc driver side, the updates are mostly cleanups across a number of Arm platforms. On driver for loongarch adds power management for DT based systems, another driver is for HiSilicon's Arm server chips with their HCCS system health interface.
The remaining updates for the most part add support for additional hardware in existing drivers or contain minor cleanups. Most of these are for the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform"

Qualcomm driver updates for v6.6
Compatible and clock handling in the Qualcomm SCM driver is cleaned up, together with a couple stylistic cleanups and transition to mark exported symbols GPL only.
An abstraction for the RPM subsystem is introduced, to make align the structure of the SMD and GLINK nodes thereof with the structure when a remoteproc is involved. This is done to facilitate associating additional entities with the RPM subsystem.
The qmp_send() API is modified to not expose hardware requirements onto the client drivers, and then further extended to allow command formatting directly in the API, to facilitate this typical use case.
In the Qualcomm Command DB driver, NUL characters previously included in identifiers are dropped from the debugfs, to facilitate scripting.
The thresholds of the BWMON driver are simplified to avoid hard coded starting values.
The OCMEM driver is updated with some cleanups and fixes, and addition of MSM8226 support.
PMIC_GLINK gains support for retimer switches, safe mode is selected when the cable is disconnected from altmode and the same is enabled for SM8550.
An off-by-one string length check is corrected in the QMI encoder decoder library.
The RPMh tracepoints are extended to include the state of the request, to provide needed context in the traced events.
The series from Ulf creating a genpd framework is integrated, to facilitate the other changes to the cpr, rpmpd and rpmhpd driver. SDX75 support is added to the rpmhpd driver, and the rpmpd driver is extended with the same sync_state logic found in the rpmhpd driver.
The socinfo driver gains knowledge about SM4450 and SM7125, the IPQ5019 platform is dropped.
Clock handling in the GSBI driver is cleaned up with the use of devm_clk_get_enabled().
The list of VMIDs defined for the SCM assign memory interface is extended.

soc: qcom: rpmh-rsc: Include state in trace event
When tracing messages written to the RSC it's very useful to know the type of TCS being targeted, in particular if/when the code borrows a WAKE TCS for ACTIVE votes.
Add the "state" of the message to the traced information.
While at it, drop the "send-msg:" substring, as this is already captured by the trace event itself.

Merge tag 'soc-drivers-6.2' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/soc/soc
Pull ARM SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann: "There are few major updates in the SoC specific drivers, mainly the usual reworks and support for variants of the existing SoC. While this remains Arm centric for the most part, the branch now also contains updates to risc-v and loongarch specific code in drivers/soc/.
Notable changes include:
- Support for the newly added Qualcomm Snapdragon variants (MSM8956, MSM8976, SM6115, SM4250, SM8150, SA8155 and SM8550) in the soc ID, rpmh, rpm, spm and powerdomain drivers.
- Documentation for the somewhat controversial qcom,board-id properties that are required for booting a number of machines
- A new SoC identification driver for the loongson-2 (loongarch) platform
- memory controller updates for stm32, tegra, and renesas.
- a new DT binding to better describe LPDDR2/3/4/5 chips in the memory controller subsystem
- Updates for Tegra specific drivers across multiple subsystems, improving support for newer SoCs and better identification
- Minor fixes for Broadcom, Freescale, Apple, Renesas, Sifive, TI, Mediatek and Marvell SoC drivers"

More Qualcomm driver updates for 6.2
Socinfo is extended with knowledge about MSM8956, MSM8976, SM6115, SM4250, SM8150, SA8155 and SM8550.
Support for RSC v3, as found in SM8550 is added to the RPMH RSC driver.
Support for SM8550 and SM4250 ARC regulators are added to the RPM(h) power-domain drivers. SM8550 support is added to the LLCC driver. The AOSS QMP binding is declared compatible for SM8550.
BWMON and LLCC now selects REGMAP_MMIO to ensure dependencies are built properly.

soc: qcom: rpmh-rsc: Avoid unnecessary checks on irq-done response
The RSC interrupt is issued only after the request is complete. For fire-n-forget requests, the irq-done interrupt is sent after issuing the RPMH request and for response-required request, the interrupt is triggered only after all the requests are complete.
These unnecessary checks in the interrupt handler issues AHB reads from a critical path. Lets remove them and clean up error handling in rpmh_request data structures.

Merge tag 'y2038' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arnd/playground into timers/core
Pull more y2038 work from Arnd Bergman:
y2038: convert more syscalls
Here is another set of system call changes to prepare the change over to 64-bit time_t. As before, the strategy is to change system calls that take a 'struct timespec' argument over to 'struct __kernel_timespec', which for now is defined to be the same but will get redefined to use a 64-bit time_t argument once we are ready to modify the system call tables.
The major change from previous patches is that the plan is no longer to directly use the 'compat' system calls for providing compatibility with the existing 32-bit time_t based entry points. Instead, we rename the compat code to something that makes more sense on 32-bit architectures, e.g. compat_timespec becomes old_timespec32.
With the renamed types in place, change over the 'stat' and 'utimes' families of system calls, sched_rr_get_interval, recvmmsg and rt_sigtimedwait. Another series for poll, select and io_pgetevents is currently being tested.
