This is the 6.6.76 stable release

Conflicts:
arch/arm/boot/dts/aspeed/aspeed-bmc-facebook-yosemite4.dts

Conflicts were resolved in favour of our side as the upstream stable
branches cherry-picked a small number of changes out of a much large
series, which has already been backported.

wifi: ath12k: fix tx power, max reg power update to firmware

[ Upstream commit 3540bba855b4b422e8b977d11aa8173ccb4f089d ]

Currently, when the vdev start WMI cmd is sent from host, vdev related
parameters such as max_reg_power, max_power, and max_antenna_gain are
multiplied by 2 before being sent to the firmware. This is incorrect
because the firmware uses 1 dBm steps for power calculations.

This leads to incorrect power values being used in the firmware and
radio, potentially causing incorrect behavior.

Fix the update of max_reg_power, max_power, and max_antenna_gain values
in the ath12k_mac_vdev_start_restart function, ensuring accurate
power settings in the firmware by sending these values as-is,
without multiplication.

wifi: ath12k: fix atomic calls in ath12k_mac_op_set_bitrate_mask()

[ Upstream commit 8fac3266c68a8e647240b8ac8d0b82f1821edf85 ]

When I try to manually set bitrates:

iw wlan0 set bitrates legacy-2.4 1

I get sleeping from invalid context error, see below. Fix that by switching to
use recently introduced ieee80211_iterate_stations_mtx().

Do note that WCN6855 firmware is still crashing, I'm not sure if that firmware
even supports bitrate WMI commands and should we consider disabling
ath12k_mac_op_set_bitrate_mask() for WCN6855? But that's for another patch.

wifi: ath12k: fix firmware crash due to invalid peer nss

[ Upstream commit db163a463bb93cd3e37e1e7b10b9726fb6f95857 ]

Currently, if the access point receives an association
request containing an Extended HE Capabilities Information
Element with an invalid MCS-NSS, it triggers a firmware
crash.

This issue arises when EHT-PHY capabilities shows support
for a bandwidth and MCS-NSS set for that particular
bandwidth is filled by zeros and due to this, driver obtains
peer_nss as 0 and sending this value to firmware causes
crash.

Address this issue by implementing a validation step for
the peer_nss value before passing it to the firmware. If
the value is greater than zero, proceed with forwarding
it to the firmware. However, if the value is invalid,
reject the association request to prevent potential
firmware crashes.

Fix WARN_ON() from ath12k_mac_update_vif_chan() if vdev is not up.
Since change_chanctx can be called even before vdev_up.

Do vdev stop followed by a vdev start in case of vdev is down.

wifi: ath12k: fix incorrect logic of calculating vdev_stats_id

[ Upstream commit 019b58dcb6ed267e17b7efd03ec8575c1b67d942 ]

During calculate vdev_stats_id, will compare vdev_stats_id with
ATH12K_INVAL_VDEV_STATS_ID by '<='. If vdev_stats_id is relatively
small, then assign ATH12K_INVAL_VDEV_STATS_ID to vdev_stats_id.

This logic is incorrect. Firstly, should use '>=' instead of '<=' to
check if this u8 variable exceeds the max valid range.

Secondly, should use the maximum value as comparison value.

Correct comparison symbols and use the maximum value
ATH12K_MAX_VDEV_STATS_ID for comparison.

wifi: ath12k: Fix issues in channel list update

[ Upstream commit 67a48d937fac917947540c9f89630d472cd61fcb ]

Currently, the logic used to select the 6 GHz band is incorrect,
which may cause 6 GHz supported channels to not be updated properly.
This is because the 6 GHz Max frequency supported by the driver is
being compared to the Max frequency supported on the board. If in
some cases, the 6 GHz Max frequency supported on the board is less
than the defined 6 GHz Max frequency, all 6 GHz channels are disabled.
To address this, compare the max frequency supported by the board to
the defined 6 GHz Minimum frequency by the driver.

Similarly, when a dual mac card supports both 6 GHz and 5 GHz radios,
if the 5 GHz radio gets enumerated first before 6 GHz, the checks in
ath12k_mac_setup_channels_rates() can cause the 5 GHz channels which
were enabled earlier to get disabled when the 6 GHz channel list is
updated. This is because the Min 6 GHz frequency defined in the driver
is 5945 MHz, which should be 5925 MHz since channel 2 is not considered
currently, but the firmware can pass 5925 MHz as the minimum.
Hence, update the Min frequency supported by the driver to 5925 MHz.

In addition, ensure that the channel list update to firmware updates
only the channels that the current radio (ar) supports rather than
considering the wiphy support. This would be required when multiple pdevs
are supported in a wiphy and they support different ranges of frequencies
or bands as in single wiphy support.

wifi: ath12k: fix and enable AP mode for WCN7850

[ Upstream commit ed7e818a7b501012038d6bc6fedadaf7375a380a ]

For AP mode, the peer is created earlier in ath12k_mac_op_add_interface() but
ath12k_mac_op_assign_vif_chanctx() will try to create peer again. Then an
error will return which makes AP mode startup fail.

Kernel log:

[ 5017.665006] ath12k_pci 0000:04:00.0: failed to create peer after vdev start delay: -22

wpa_supplicant log:

Failed to set beacon parameters

wls1: interface state UNINITIALIZED->DISABLED
wls1: AP-DISABLED
wls1: Unable to setup interface.
Failed to initialize AP interface
wls1: interface state DISABLED->DISABLED
wls1: AP-DISABLED

So fix this check and enable AP mode for WCN7850, as now AP mode works normally.
