net: stmmac: move the EST lock to struct stmmac_priv

[ Upstream commit 36ac9e7f2e5786bd37c5cd91132e1f39c29b8197 ]

Reinitialize the whole EST structure would also reset the mutex
lock which is embedded in the EST structure, and then trigger
the following warning. To address this, move the lock to struct
stmmac_priv. We also need to reacquire the mutex lock when doing
this initialization.

Multiple disable_irq_wake() calls will keep decreasing the IRQ
wake_depth, When wake_depth is 0, calling disable_irq_wake() again,
will report the above calltrace.

Due to the need to appear in pairs, we cannot call disable_irq_wake()
without calling enable_irq_wake(). Fix this by making sure there are
no unbalanced disable_irq_wake() calls.

The reason is the rxq|txq_stats structures are not what expected
because stmmac_open() -> __stmmac_open() the structure is overwritten
by "memcpy(&priv->dma_conf, dma_conf, sizeof(*dma_conf));"
This causes the well initialized syncp member of rxq|txq_stats is
overwritten unexpectedly as pointed out by Johannes and Uwe.

Fix this issue by moving rxq|txq_stats back to stmmac_extra_stats. For
SMP cache friendly, we also mark stmmac_txq_stats and stmmac_rxq_stats
as ____cacheline_aligned_in_smp.

That initially was a spin-off of the IAVF PP series[0], but has grown
(and shrunk) since then a bunch. In fact, it consists of three
semi-independent blocks:

* #1-2: Compile-time optimization. Split page_pool.h into 2 headers to
not overbloat the consumers not needing complex inline helpers and
then stop including it in skbuff.h at all. The first patch is also
prereq for the whole series.
* #3: Improve cacheline locality for users of the Page Pool frag API.
* #4-6: Use direct cache recycling more aggressively, when it is safe
obviously. In addition, make sure nobody wants to use Page Pool API
with disabled interrupts.

Patches #1 and #5 are authored by Yunsheng and Jakub respectively, with
small modifications from my side as per ML discussions.
For the perf numbers for #3-6, please see individual commit messages.

Also available on my GH with many more Page Pool goodies[1].

page_pool: split types and declarations from page_pool.h

Split types and pure function declarations from page_pool.h
and add them in page_page/types.h, so that C sources can
include page_pool.h and headers should generally only include
page_pool/types.h as suggested by jakub.
Rename page_pool.h to page_pool/helpers.h to have both in
one place.

Merge branch 'net: struct netdev_rx_queue and xdp.h reshuffling'

Jakub Kicinski says:

====================
While poking at struct netdev_rx_queue I got annoyed by
the huge rebuild times. I split it out from netdevice.h
and then realized that it was the main reason we included
xdp.h in there. So I removed that dependency as well.

This gives us very pleasant build times for both xdp.h
and struct netdev_rx_queue changes.

I'm sending this for bpf-next because I think it'd be easiest
if it goes in there, and then bpf-next gets flushed soon after?
I can also make a branch on merge-base for net-next and bpf-next..

net: stmmac: improve driver statistics

improve the stmmac driver statistics:

1. don't clear network driver statistics in .ndo_close() and
.ndo_open() cycle
2. avoid some network driver statistics overflow on 32 bit platforms
3. use per-queue statistics where necessary to remove frequent
cacheline ping pongs.

net: stmmac: use per-queue 64 bit statistics where necessary

Currently, there are two major issues with stmmac driver statistics
First of all, statistics in stmmac_extra_stats, stmmac_rxq_stats
and stmmac_txq_stats are 32 bit variables on 32 bit platforms. This
can cause some stats to overflow after several minutes of
high traffic, for example rx_pkt_n, tx_pkt_n and so on.

Secondly, if HW supports multiqueues, there are frequent cacheline
ping pongs on some driver statistic vars, for example, normal_irq_n,
tx_pkt_n and so on. What's more, frequent cacheline ping pongs on
normal_irq_n happens in ISR, this makes the situation worse.

To improve the driver, we convert those statistics to 64 bit, implement
ndo_get_stats64 and update .get_ethtool_stats implementation
accordingly. We also use per-queue statistics where necessary to remove
the cacheline ping pongs as much as possible to make multiqueue
operations faster. Those statistics which are not possible to overflow
and not frequently updated are kept as is.
