- The iptables 32bit compat interface isn't compiled in by default

Since f26e58bf6f54 ("PCI/AER: Enable error reporting when AER is native"),
which appeared in v6.0, the PCI core has enabled PCIe error reporting for
all devices during enumeration.

Remove driver code to do this and remove unnecessary includes of
<linux/aer.h> from several other drivers.

Intel folks, sorry that I missed removing the <linux/aer.h> includes in the
first series.

The watchdog timer is used to monitor whether the process
of transmitting data is timeout. If we use qlcnic driver,
the dev_watchdog() that is the timer handler of watchdog
timer will call qlcnic_tx_timeout() to process the timeout.
But the qlcnic_tx_timeout() calls msleep(), as a result,
the sleep-in-atomic-context bugs will happen. The processes
