md/md-bitmap: remove the last parameter for bimtap_ops->endwrite()
commit 4f0e7d0e03b7b80af84759a9e7cfb0f81ac4adae upstream.
For the case that IO failed for one rdev, the bit will be mark as NEEDED in following cases:
1) If badblocks is set and rdev is not faulty; 2) If rdev is faulty;
Case 1) is useless because synchronize data to badblocks make no sense. Case 2) can be replaced with mddev->degraded.
Also remove R1BIO_Degraded, R10BIO_Degraded and STRIPE_DEGRADED since case 2) no longer use them.

md-bitmap: don't use ->index for pages backing the bitmap file
The md driver allocates pages for storing the bitmap file data, which are not page cache pages, and then stores the page granularity file offset in page->index, which is a field that isn't really valid except for page cache pages.
Use a separate index for the superblock, and use the scheme used at read size to recalculate the index for the bitmap pages instead.

md/md-bitmap: add a new helper to unplug bitmap asynchrously
If bitmap is enabled, bitmap must update before submitting write io, this is why unplug callback must move these io to 'conf->pending_io_list' if 'current->bio_list' is not empty, which will suffer performance degradation.
A new helper md_bitmap_unplug_async() is introduced to submit bitmap io in a kworker, so that submit bitmap io in raid10_unplug() doesn't require that 'current->bio_list' is empty.
This patch prepare to limit the number of plugged bio.

md/raid1-10: submit write io directly if bitmap is not enabled
Commit 6cce3b23f6f8 ("[PATCH] md: write intent bitmap support for raid10") add bitmap support, and it changed that write io is submitted through daemon thread because bitmap need to be updated before write io. And later, plug is used to fix performance regression because all the write io will go to demon thread, which means io can't be issued concurrently.
However, if bitmap is not enabled, the write io should not go to daemon thread in the first place, and plug is not needed as well.

Pull more y2038 work from Arnd Bergman:
y2038: convert more syscalls
Here is another set of system call changes to prepare the change over to 64-bit time_t. As before, the strategy is to change system calls that take a 'struct timespec' argument over to 'struct __kernel_timespec', which for now is defined to be the same but will get redefined to use a 64-bit time_t argument once we are ready to modify the system call tables.
The major change from previous patches is that the plan is no longer to directly use the 'compat' system calls for providing compatibility with the existing 32-bit time_t based entry points. Instead, we rename the compat code to something that makes more sense on 32-bit architectures, e.g. compat_timespec becomes old_timespec32.
With the renamed types in place, change over the 'stat' and 'utimes' families of system calls, sched_rr_get_interval, recvmmsg and rt_sigtimedwait. Another series for poll, select and io_pgetevents is currently being tested.
