commit 79d330fbdffd8cee06d8bdf38d82cb62d8363a27 upstream.
Gen P7 supports up to 13 SGEs for now. WQE software structure can hold only 6 now. Since the max send sge is reported as 13, the stack can give requests up to 13 SGEs. This is causing traffic failures and system crashes.
Use the define for max SGE supported for variable size. This will work for both static and variable WQEs.

Variable size WQE means that each send Work Queue Entry to HW can use different WQE sizes as opposed to the static WQE size on the current devices. Set variable WQE mode for Gen P7 devices. Depth of the Queue will be a multiple of slot which is 16 bytes. The number of slots should be a multiple of 256 as per the HW requirement.
Initialize the Software shadow queue to hold requests equal to the number of slots. Also, do not expose the variable size WQE capability until the last patch in the series.

Use the new capability instead of the older capability check for HW retransmission while handling the MSN/PSN table. FW report zero (PSN table) for older adapters to maintain backward compatibility.

Invalidate rkey is cpu endian and immediate data is in big endian format. Both immediate data and invalidate the remote key returned by HW is in little endian format.
While handling the commit in fixes tag, the difference between immediate data and invalidate rkey endianness was not considered.
Without changes of this patch, Kernel ULP was failing while processing inv_rkey.
dmesg log snippet - nvme nvme0: Bogus remote invalidation for rkey 0x2000019Fix in this patch
Do endianness conversion based on completion queue entry flag. Also, the HW completions are already converted to host endianness in bnxt_qplib_cq_process_res_rc and bnxt_qplib_cq_process_res_ud and there is no need to convert it again in bnxt_re_poll_cq. Modified the union to hold the correct data type.

Driver uses internal data structure to construct WQE frame. It used avid type as u16 which can accommodate up to 64K AVs. When outstanding AVID crosses 64K, driver truncates AVID and hence it uses incorrect AVID to WR. The queue index wrap around logic is based on power of 2 size depth. All queues are created with power of 2 depth. This increases the memory usage by the driver. This change is required for the next patches that avoids the power of 2 depth requirement for each of the queues.
Update the function that increments producer index and consumer index during wrap around. Also, changes the index handling across multiple functions.
