back to (the new) .probe() to be able to eventually drop .probe_new() from
struct i2c_driver.

from previously supported parts.

* pm_ptr()/pm_sleep_ptr()/DEFINE_[SIMPLE/RUNTIME]_DEV_PM_OPS() conversions

cases will need more careful consideration.
