Merge tag 'drm/tegra/for-5.17-rc1' of https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/tegra into drm-next
drm/tegra: Changes for v5.17-rc1
This contains a fairly large rework that makes the buffer objects behave more according to what the DMA-BUF infrastructure expects. A buffer object cache is implemented on top of that to make certain operations such as page-flipping more efficient by avoiding needless map/unmap operations. This in turn is useful to implement asynchronous commits to support legacy cursor updates.
Another fairly big addition is the NVDEC driver. This uses the updated UABI introduced in v5.15-rc1 to provide access to the video decode engines found on Tegra210 and later.
This also includes some power management improvements that are useful on older devices in particular because they, together with a bunch of other changes across the kernel, allow the system to scale down frequency and voltages when mostly idle and prevent these devices from becoming excessively hot.
The remainder of these changes is an assortment of cleanups and minor fixes.

drm/tegra: Implement correct DMA-BUF semantics
DMA-BUF requires that each device that accesses a DMA-BUF attaches to it separately. To do so the host1x_bo_pin() and host1x_bo_unpin() functions need to be reimplemented so that they can return a mapping, which either represents an attachment or a map of the driver's own GEM object.

Merge tag 'drm/tegra/for-5.15-rc1' of ssh://git.freedesktop.org/git/tegra/linux into drm-next
drm/tegra: Changes for v5.15-rc1
The bulk of these changes is a more modern ABI that can be efficiently used on newer SoCs as well as older ones. The userspace parts for this are available here:
- libdrm support: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/tagr/drm/-/commits/drm-tegra-uabi-v8 - VAAPI driver: https://github.com/cyndis/vaapi-tegra-driver
In addition, existing userspace from the grate reverse-engineering project has been updated to use this new ABI:
- X11 driver: https://github.com/grate-driver/xf86-video-opentegra - 3D driver: https://github.com/grate-driver/grate
Other than that, there's also support for display memory bandwidth management for various generations and a bit of cleanup.

gpu: host1x: Add support for syncpoint waits in CDMA pushbuffer
Add support for inserting syncpoint waits in the CDMA pushbuffer. These waits need to be done in HOST1X class, while gather submitted by the application execute in engine class.
Support is added by converting the gather list of job into a command list that can include both gathers and waits. When the job is submitted, these commands are pushed as the appropriate opcodes on the CDMA pushbuffer.
Also supported are waits relative to the start of the job, which are useful for jobs doing multiple things with an engine that doesn't natively support pipelining.
While at it, use 32-bit waits on chips that support them.
