- Fix ivpu compiler errors.
- Assorted fixes to drm/panel, malidp, rockchip, ivpu, amdgpu, vgem,
nouveau, vc4.
- Assorted cleanups, simplifications and fixes to vmwgfx.

taken to mean swapped-out or purged object.
