Revert "ARM: dts: aspeed: Remove undocumented XDMA nodes"

This reverts commit a98897c10065f7869880c3bee68ef75c00882318.

The IBM p10bmc servers utilize the undocumented (and unupstreamed)
XDMA node to communicate with the host firmware. Without this support,
the systems will not boot.

The team will look into at least getting the binding upstreamed.
