Merge tag 'docs-6.4' of git://git.lwn.net/linux
Pull documentation updates from Jonathan Corbet: "Commit volume in documentation is relatively low this time, but there is still a fair amount going on, including:
- Reorganize the architecture-specific documentation under Documentation/arch
This makes the structure match the source directory and helps to clean up the mess that is the top-level Documentation directory a bit. This work creates the new directory and moves x86 and most of the less-active architectures there.
The current plan is to move the rest of the architectures in 6.5, with the patches going through the appropriate subsystem trees.
- Some more Spanish translations and maintenance of the Italian translation
- A new "Kernel contribution maturity model" document from Ted
- A new tutorial on quickly building a trimmed kernel from Thorsten
Plus the usual set of updates and fixes"

LoongArch: Make WriteCombine configurable for ioremap()
LoongArch maintains cache coherency in hardware, but when paired with LS7A chipsets the WUC attribute (Weak-ordered UnCached, which is similar to WriteCombine) is out of the scope of cache coherency machanism for PCIe devices (this is a PCIe protocol violation, which may be fixed in newer chipsets).
This means WUC can only used for write-only memory regions now, so this option is disabled by default, making WUC silently fallback to SUC for ioremap(). You can enable this option if the kernel is ensured to run on hardware without this bug.
Kernel parameter writecombine=on/off can be used to override the Kconfig option.
