Kconfig: Migrate BOUNCE_BUFFER

The bounce buffer is used by a few drivers (most of the MMC drivers)
to overcome limitations in their respective DMA implementation.

This moves the configuration to Kconfig and makes it user-selectable
(even though it will be a required feature to make those drivers
work): the expected usage is for drivers depending on this to 'select'
it unconditionally from their respective Kconfig (see follow-up
patches).

This commit includes a full migration using moveconfig.py to ensure
that each commit compiles. To ensure bisectability we update
dependencies of various drivers to now select BOUNCE_BUFFER when needed.

Here we do a couple of impovements for all ARC boards
as well as introduce yet another developemnt board.

1. Now for ARC boards we print CPU and board info
which is useful for users and helps with
analysis of logs "post-mortem".

2. Synopsys IoT development kit support is added
This one might bw a bit too late as we're past RC1
but:
1) This doesn't affect any other arches etc
as we change purely ARC code.
2) I've got a chance to talk about U-Boot on
IoT platforms during ELCE (my proposal was on
a wait list and only this week I've got
an update and invitation to talk) so it would
be good to have this board as a primer in upstream
code-base by the time of ELCE 2018.
3) For complete support of IoT devkit I'm yet to
significantly rework regmap subsystem in U-Boot
but that's a different topic and hopefully it will
be done sometime soon... though not this release
cycle for sure.

arc: Add support for IoT development kit

The DesignWare ARC IoT Development Kit is a versatile platform
that includes the necessary hardware and software to accelerate
software development and debugging of sensor fusion,
voice recognition and face detection designs.

More information is avaialble here [1] and here [2].

The board is based on real silicon with
ARC EM9D-based Data Fusion IP Subsystem.

It sports a rich set of I/O including
* DW USB OTG
* DW MobileStorage (used for micro SD-card)
* GPIO
* multiple serial interface including DW APB UART
* ADC, PWM and eFlash, SRAM and SPI Flash memory
* Real-Time Clock (RTC)
* Bluetooth module with worldwide regulatory compliance
(FCC, IC, CE, ETSI, TELEC)
* On-board 9-axis sensor (gyro, accelerometer and compass)

Extensible with Arduino, Pmod, mikroBUS connectors and a 2x18
extension header.

One of the most interesting features for developers is built-in
Digilent USB JTAG probe so only micro-USB cable is needed!

Merge tag 'arc-updates-for-2018.07-rc1' of git://git.denx.de/u-boot-arc

Here we do a couple of minor fixes like:
- Move .ivt section to the very beginning of the image
by default which allows us to use that image put right
at reset vector (usually 0x0)

- Improve relocation fix-up which became required once
we moved .ivt and understood a problem with existing implementation
where we relied on a particular placement of sections.
Now we don't care about placement because we just explicitly
check for .text and in case of ARCompact .ivt sections

- Re-implemnt do_reset() such that it calls reset_cpu() which
could implmented for a particular board

And hte most important part we introduce support for yet another
devboard from Synopsys - EMDK.

Merge git://git.denx.de/u-boot-arc

Alexey:
1. Significantly rework cache-related functionality.
In particular that fixes coherency problems in some corner-cases,
allows us to enable and disable caches in run-time and still
have properly running system, finally support execution from
real flash (before we used to run from DDR from the very beginning).

2. Remove string routines implemented in assembly.
That allows us to build and run U-Boot on wide range of ARC cores
with different configurations. I.e. whatever tuning is used on GCC's
command-line we'll get code for desired flavor of ARC.
Otherwise for each and every corner-case we would need to add ifdefs
in assembly code to accommodate missing instructions etc.

3. Get use of GCC's garbage collector which helps to slim-down resulting image
quite a bit.

4. Also now we may disable U-Boot self-relocation for ARC if needed either
by platform or for debugging purposes.

arc: dts: separate single axs10x.dts file

We want to use the same device tree blobs in both Linux and U-Boot for
ARC boards.

Earlier device tree sources in U-Boot were very simplified and hadn't been
updated for quite a long period of time.

So this commit is the first step on the road to unified device tree blobs.

First of all we re-organize device tree sources for AXS10X boards.
As AXS101 and AXS103 boards consist of AXS10X motherboard and AXC001 and
AXC003 cpu tiles respectively we add corresponding device tree source
files: axs10x_mb.dtsi for motherboard, axc001.dtsi and axc003.dtsi for
cpu tiles and axs101.dts and axs103.dts to represent actual boards.

Also we delete axs10x.dts as it is no longer used.

One more important change - we add timer device to ARC skeleton device
tree sources as both ARC700 and ARCHS cores contain such timer.
We add core_clk nodes to abilis_tb100, nsim, axc001 and axc003 device tree
sources as it is referenced via phandle from timer node in common
skeleton.dtsi file.

As of now we have 2 flavors of ARC SDP boards:

Both options share exactly the same base-board and only differ with

ARCangel was one of the main development boards back in the day but
now it's gone and replaced by other boards like ARC SDP.

But we also used to have simulation platform very similar to ARCangel4
in terms of CPU settings as well as basic IO like UART. Even though

arc: cache - accommodate different L1 cache line lengths

ARC core could be configured with different L1 and L2 (AKA SLC) cache
line lengths. At least these values are possible and were really used:
32, 64 or 128 bytes.

Current implementation requires cache line to be selected upon U-Boot
configuration and then it will only work on matching hardware. Indeed
this is quite efficient because cache line length gets hardcoded during
code compilation. But OTOH it makes binary less portable.

With this commit we allow U-Boot to determine real L1 cache line length
early in runtime and use this value later on. This extends portability
of U-Boot binary a lot.
