hw/char: Extract serial-mm

hw/char/serial currently contains the implementation of both TYPE_SERIAL and
TYPE_SERIAL_MM. According to serial_class_init(), TYPE_SERIAL is an internal
class while TYPE_SERIAL_MM is used by numerous machine types directly. Let's
move the latter into its own module which makes the dependencies more obvious
and the code more tidy.

The includes and the dependencies have been converted mechanically except in the
hw/char directories which were updated manually. The result was compile-tested.
Now, only hw/char makes direct use of TYPE_SERIAL:

# grep -r -e "select SERIAL" | grep -v SERIAL_
hw/char/Kconfig: select SERIAL
hw/char/Kconfig: select SERIAL
hw/char/Kconfig: select SERIAL
hw/char/Kconfig: select SERIAL
hw/char/Kconfig: select SERIAL

# grep -r -e "/serial\\.h"
include/hw/char/serial-mm.h:#include "hw/char/serial.h"
hw/char/serial-pci-multi.c:#include "hw/char/serial.h"
hw/char/serial.c:#include "hw/char/serial.h"
hw/char/serial-isa.c:#include "hw/char/serial.h"
hw/char/serial-pci.c:#include "hw/char/serial.h"

hw/hppa: do not require CONFIG_USB

With --without-default-devices it is possible to build a binary that
does not include any USB host controller and therefore that does not
include the code guarded by CONFIG_USB. While the simpler creation
functions such as usb_create_simple can be inlined, this is not true
of usb_bus_find(). Remove it, replacing it with a search of the single
USB bus on the machine.

target/hppa: Add emulation of a C3700 HP-PARISC workstation

This series adds a new PA-RISC machine emulation for the HP-PARISC
C3700 workstation.

The physical HP C3700 machine has a PA2.0 (64-bit) CPU, in contrast to
the existing emulation of a B160L workstation which is a 32-bit only
machine and where it's Dino PCI controller isn't 64-bit capable.

With the HP C3700 machine emulation (together with the emulated Astro
Memory controller and the Elroy PCI bridge) it's now possible to
enhance the hppa CPU emulation to support the 64-bit instruction set
in upcoming patches.

hppa: use new CONFIG_HPPA_B160L option instead of CONFIG_DINO to build hppa machine

DINO refers to the GSC-PCI bridge device which will soon be handled separately,
however the QEMU HPPA machine is actually based upon the HPPA B160L as indicated
by the Linux kernel dmesg output when booted in qemu-system-hppa and the QEMU

Update the machine configuration to use CONFIG_HPPA_B160L instead of CONFIG_DINO
and also update the machine description accordingly.

hppa: Add support for LASI chip with i82596 NIC

LASI is a built-in multi-I/O chip which supports serial, parallel,
network (Intel i82596 Apricot), sound and other functionalities.
LASI has been used in many HP PARISC machines.
This patch adds the necessary parts to allow Linux and HP-UX to detect
LASI and the network card.

virtio-vga: only enable for specific boards

When virtio-vga was added, the intention was to only support it for
those machines where the firmware does not know about virtio-gpu,
and supported VGA legacy hardware before virtio-{gpu,vga} were
introduced.

The Kconfig switch however enabled virtio-vga for all machines with
a PCI bus, and libvirt then prefers it even on hardware where
virtio-gpu would be preferrable. At least for now, only enable
virtio-vga for PC, hppa and pSeries machines, as was the case
before Kconfig dependencies were introduced.
