beautysh: re-format

beautysh is enabled in the openbmc-build-scripts on Bash/Zsh/POSIX-sh
files to have a consistent formatting. Re-run the formatter on the
whole repository.

op:dreport list existing dump details to BMC dump

Query for the dump manager managed objects and write to BMC
dump file

If the busctl command fails list the dump files present
in the system and add

openpower:dreport: add core and BMC generated dump file list to the BMC dump

List all the dump file names with path and append the output file to
BMC dump.
