Add linux trace events
Add the output of the linux trace buffer to user dumps, with
lowest priority since the file can be large (~10MB).

beautysh: re-format
beautysh is enabled in the openbmc-build-scripts on Bash/Zsh/POSIX-sh
files to have a consistent formatting. Re-run the formatter on the
whole repository.

Enabled dreport based debug data collection by default
in the ffdc tool.
Added -D option to disable the dreport based data
