Scripts and executables should not have a language-based extension
in order to simplify user operations and to avoid excessive refactoring
when rewrites

Scripts and executables should not have a language-based extension
in order to simplify user operations and to avoid excessive refactoring
when rewrites are done. Remove all `.sh` extensions on scripts.
