torture: Rename SRCU-t and SRCU-u to avoid lowercase characters
The convention that scenario names are all uppercase has two exceptions, SRCU-t and SRCU-u. This commit therefore renames them to SRCU-T and SRCU-U, respectively, to bring them in line with this convention. This in turn permits tighter argument checking in the torture-test scripting.

rcutorture: Add a scenario for Classic SRCU
A robust combination of paranoia and cowardice has resulted in retaining Classic SRCU (CONFIG_CLASSIC_SRCU) as a backup for the shiny new Tiny and Tree SRCU implementations. If it is to be a viable backup, it of course needs to be tested. This commit therefore adds an rcutorture scenario named SRCU-C for Classic SRCU. This commit also adds this scenario to the set that are run by default.
Once sufficient good experience has accumulated for Tiny and Tree SRCU, this test will be removed, along with the Classic SRCU implementation itself.

rcutorture: Remove TREE06 and TREE08 from the default test list Now that there is only one RCU flavor to rule them all, the TREE06 and TREE08 test scenarios are redundant. This commit therefore removes them. Later changes will rebalance and renumber the tests. Signed-off-by: Paul E. McKenney <paulmck@linux.vnet.ibm.com>

rcutorture: Add a scenario for Classic SRCU A robust combination of paranoia and cowardice has resulted in retaining Classic SRCU (CONFIG_CLASSIC_SRCU) as a backup for the shiny new Tiny and Tree SRCU implementations. Signed-off-by: Paul E. rcutorture: Introduce "rcu" directory level underneath configs This commit uses the standard software ploy of introducing another level of indirection below the configs directory. This allows each torture-test suite to have its own set of Kconfig files, boot parameters, and version-specific scripts. Initially, we have only rcu, but lock will follow soonish.
