selftests: forwarding: Fix packet matching in mirroring selftests
In commit 6de6e46d27ef ("cls_flower: Fix inability to match GRE/IPIP packets"), cls_flower was fixed to match an outer packet of a tunneled packet as would be expected, rather than dissecting to the inner packet and matching on that.
This fix uncovered several issues in packet matching in mirroring selftests:
- in mirror_gre_bridge_1d_vlan.sh and mirror_gre_vlan_bridge_1q.sh, the vlan_ethtype match is copied around as "ip", even as some of the tests are running over ip6gretap. This is fixed by using an "ipv6" for vlan_ethtype in the ip6gretap tests.
- in mirror_gre_changes.sh, a filter to count GRE packets is set up to match TTL of 50. This used to trigger in the offloaded datapath, where the envelope TTL was matched, but not in the software datapath, which considered TTL of the inner packet. Now that both match consistently, all the packets were double-counted. This is fixed by marking the filter as skip_hw, leaving only the SW datapath component active.

selftests: net: mirror_gre_vlan_bridge_1q: Make an FDB entry static
The FDB roaming test installs a destination MAC address on the wrong interface of an FDB database and tests whether the mirroring fails, because packets are sent to the wrong port. The test by mistake installs the FDB entry as local. This worked previously, because drivers were notified of local FDB entries in the same way as of static entries. However that has been fixed in the commit 6ab4c3117aec ("net: bridge: don't notify switchdev for local FDB addresses"), and local entries are not notified anymore. As a result, the HW is not reconfigured for the FDB roam, and mirroring keeps working, failing the test.
To fix the issue, mark the FDB entry as static.

ARP or ND traffic can cause spurious migration of FDB back to $swp3. Mirroring is then updated in accordance with the change, and mirrored packets are seen at h3, causing a failure.

selftests: forwarding: mirror_gre_vlan_bridge_1q: Fix untagged test
The untagged egress test sets up mirroring to {,ip6}gretap such that the underlay goes through a bridge. Then VLAN flags are manipulated to test that the traffic leaves the bridge 802.1q-tagged or not, as appropriate.
However, when a neighbor expires at the time that the bridge VLAN is configured as PVID and egress untagged, the following discovery process can't finish, because the IP address on H3 is still at the VLAN-tagged netdevice. This manifests by occasional failures where only several of the 10 required packets get through.
Therefore, when reconfiguring the VLAN flags, move the IP address to the appropriate device in the H3 VRF.
In addition to that, take this opportunity to embed an ASCII art diagram to make the topology move obvious.

selftests: forwarding: Tweak tc filters for mirror-to-gretap tests
When running mirror_gre_bridge_1d_vlan tests on veth, several issues cause spurious failures:
- vlan_ethtype should be ip, not ipv6 even in mirror-to-ip6gretap case, because the overlay packet is still IPv4. - Similarly ip_proto matches the innermost IP protocol, so can't be used to filter out GRE packet. Drop the corresponding condition. - Because the above fixes the filters to match in slow path as well, they need to be made skip_hw so as not to double-count packets.

selftests: forwarding: mirror_gre_vlan_bridge_1q: Fix untagged test The untagged egress test sets up mirroring to {,ip6}gretap such that the underlay goes through a bridge. Signed-off-by: Petr Machata <petrm@mellanox.com> Signed-off-by: David S. selftests: forwarding: Tweak tc filters for mirror-to-gretap tests When running mirror_gre_bridge_1d_vlan tests on veth, several issues cause spurious failures: - vlan_ethtype should be ip, not ipv6 even in mirror-to-ip6gretap case, because the overlay packet is still IPv4. - Similarly ip_proto matches the innermost IP protocol, so can't be used to filter out GRE packet. Drop the corresponding condition. - Because the above fixes the filters to match in slow path as well, they need to be made skip_hw so as not to double-count packets. selftests: forwarding: mirror_gre_vlan_bridge_1q: Unset rp_filter The IP addresses of tunnel endpoint at H3 are set at the VLAN device $h3.555. Therefore when test_gretap_untagged_egress() sets vlan 555 to egress untagged at $swp3, $h3's rp_filter rejects these packets. The test then spuriously fails. Therefore turn off net.ipv4.conf.{all, $h3}.rp_filter. selftests: forwarding: mirror_gre_vlan_bridge_1q: Add more tests Offloading of mirror-to-gretap in mlxsw is tricky especially in cases when the gretap underlay involves bridges. Add more tests that exercise the bridge handling code: - forbidden_egress tests that check vlan removal on bridge port in the underlay packet path - untagged_egress tests that similarly check "egress untagged" - fdb_roaming tests that check whether learning FDB on a different port is reflected - stp tests for handling port STP status of bridge egress port Signed-off-by: Petr Machata <petrm@mellanox.com> Signed-off-by: David S.
