selftests/bpf: use canonical ftrace path
The canonical location for the tracefs filesystem is at /sys/kernel/tracing.
But, from Documentation/trace/ftrace.rst:
Before 4.1, all ftrace tracing control files were within the debugfs file system, which is typically located at /sys/kernel/debug/tracing. For backward compatibility, when mounting the debugfs file system, the tracefs file system will be automatically mounted at:
/sys/kernel/debug/tracing
Many tests in the bpf selftest code still refer to this older debugfs path, so let's update them to avoid confusion.

tools/testing/selftests/bpf: replace open-coded 16 with TASK_COMM_LEN
As the sched:sched_switch tracepoint args are derived from the kernel, we'd better make it same with the kernel. So the macro TASK_COMM_LEN is converted to type enum, then all the BPF programs can get it through BTF.
The BPF program which wants to use TASK_COMM_LEN should include the header vmlinux.h. Regarding the test_stacktrace_map and test_tracepoint, as the type defined in linux/bpf.h are also defined in vmlinux.h, so we don't need to include linux/bpf.h again.

selftests: Use consistent include paths for libbpf
Fix all selftests to include libbpf header files with the bpf/ prefix, to be consistent with external users of the library. Also ensure that all includes of exported libbpf header files (those that are exported on 'make install' of the library) use bracketed includes instead of quoted.
To not break the build, keep the old include path until everything has been changed to the new one; a subsequent patch will remove that.

libbpf: stop enforcing kern_version, populate it for users
Kernel version enforcement for kprobes/kretprobes was removed from 5.0 kernel in 6c4fc209fcf9 ("bpf: remove useless version check for prog load"). Since then, BPF programs were specifying SEC("version") just to please libbpf. We should stop enforcing this in libbpf, if even kernel doesn't care. Furthermore, libbpf now will pre-populate current kernel version of the host system, in case we are still running on old kernel.
This patch also removes __bpf_object__open_xattr from libbpf.h, as nothing in libbpf is relying on having it in that header. That function was never exported as LIBBPF_API and even name suggests its internal version. So this should be safe to remove, as it doesn't break ABI.

libbpf: stop enforcing kern_version, populate it for users Kernel version enforcement for kprobes/kretprobes was removed from 5.0 kernel in 6c4fc209fcf9 ("bpf: remove useless version check for prog load"). So this should be safe to remove, as it doesn't break ABI. selftests: bpf: centre kernel bpf objects under new subdir "progs" At the moment, all kernel bpf objects are listed under BPF_OBJ_FILES. Listing them manually sometimes causing patch conflict when people are adding new testcases simultaneously. It is better to centre all the related source files under a subdir "progs", then auto-generate the object file list.
