ASoC: fsl: fsl_dma: Convert to platform remove callback returning void

The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes
many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by
returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored
and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a
quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this
quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns
void.

Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove
callback to the void returning variant.

Add a new helper function snd_pcm_stop_xrun() to the standard sequnce

The function checks the PCM running state to prevent setting the wrong

ASoC: fsl: Fix build problem

Commit 432481220 (ASoC: fsl-ssi: Use regmap) removed struct ccsr_ssi.
Unfortunately, the structure is still used. This causes
mpc85xx_smp_defconfig and mpc85xx_defconfig builds to fail with

sound/soc/fsl/fsl_dma.c:926:50:
error: invalid use of undefined type 'struct ccsr_ssi'
dma->ssi_stx_phys = res.start + offsetof(struct ccsr_ssi, stx0);

error: invalid use of undefined type 'struct ccsr_ssi'
dma->ssi_srx_phys = res.start + offsetof(struct ccsr_ssi, srx0);

Fix by using constants, similar to original commit.

ASoC: fsl: Don't set unused struct snd_pcm_hardware fields

The ASoC core assumes that the PCM component of the ASoC card transparently
moves data around and does not impose any restrictions on the memory layout or
the transfer speed. It ignores all fields from the snd_pcm_hardware struct for
the PCM driver that are related to this. Setting these fields in the PCM driver
might suggest otherwise though, so rather not set them.

ASoC: fsl/mxs: Remove unnecessarily gendered language

The kernel as a number of cases of gendered language. The majority of these
refer to objects that don't have gender in English, and so I've replaced
them with "it" and "its". Some refer to people (developers or users), and
I've replaced these with the singular "they" variant. Some are simply
typos that I've fixed up.

I've left cases where gendered language was used to refer to specific
individuals, was a quote or is part of license text.

DMA-API: sound: fix dma mask handling in a lot of drivers

This code sequence is unsafe in modules:

static u64 mask = DMA_BIT_MASK(something);
...
if (!dev->dma_mask)
dev->dma_mask = &mask;

as if a module is reloaded, the mask will be pointing at the original
module's mask address, and this can lead to oopses. Moreover, they
all follow this with:

if (!dev->coherent_dma_mask)
dev->coherent_dma_mask = mask;

where 'mask' is the same value as the statically defined mask, and this
bypasses the architecture's check on whether the DMA mask is possible.

Fix these issues by using the new dma_coerce_coherent_and_mask()
function.
