ASoC: wm8731: Factor out the I2C and SPI bus code into separate modules
Placing both the I2C and SPI code in the same module causes problems with mixes of modular and non-modular builds of the buses so it's generally bad practice. As with other drivers split the bus code out of the WM8731 driver into separate modules.

ASoC: atmel: mchp-pdmc: add PDMC driver
The Pulse Density Microphone Controller (PDMC) interfaces up to 4 digital microphones having Pulse Density Modulated (PDM) outputs. It generates a single clock line and samples 1 or 2 data lines. The signal path includes an audio grade programmable decimation filter and outputs 24-bit audio words on the APB bus.

On a config (such as arch/sh/) which does not set HAS_DMA when MMU is not set, several ATMEL ASoC drivers select symbols that cause kconfig warnings. There is one "depends on HAS_DMA" which is no longer needed. Dropping it eliminates the kconfig warnings and still builds with no problems reported.

ASoC: atmel: fix atmel_ssc_set_audio link failure
The ssc audio driver can call into both pdc and dma backends. With the latest rework, the logic to do this in a safe way avoiding link errors was removed, bringing back link errors that were fixed long ago in commit 061981ff8cc8 ("ASoC: atmel: properly select dma driver state") such as
sound/soc/atmel/atmel_ssc_dai.o: In function `atmel_ssc_set_audio': atmel_ssc_dai.c:(.text+0xac): undefined reference to `atmel_pcm_pdc_platform_register'
Fix it this time using Makefile hacks and a comment to prevent this from accidentally getting removed again rather than Kconfig hacks.

ASoC: mchp-i2s-mcc: add driver for I2SC Multi-Channel Controller
The Inter-IC Sound Controller (I2SMCC) provides a 5-wire, bidirectional, synchronous, digital audio link to external audio devices: I2SMCC_DIN, I2SMCC_DOUT, I2SMCC_WS, I2SMCC_CK, and I2SMCC_MCK pins. The I2SMCC complies with the Inter-IC Sound (I2S) bus specification and supports a Time Division Multiplexed (TDM) interface with external multi-channel audio codecs. The I2SMCC consists of a receiver, a transmitter and a common clock generator that can be enabled separately to provide Master, Slave or Controller modes with receiver and/or transmitter active. DMA Controller channels, separate for the receiver and for the transmitter, allow a continuous high bit rate data transfer without processor intervention to the following: - Audio CODECs in Master, Slave, or Controller mode - Stereo DAC or ADC through a dedicated I2S serial interface - Multi-channel or multiple stereo DACs or ADCs, using the TDM format
This IP is embedded in Microchip's new sam9x60 SoC.

ASoC: atmel-classd: select correct Kconfig symbol
SND_ATMEL_SOC_CLASSD selects SND_ATMEL_SOC_DMA but the driver itself handles its own DMA operations and doesn't need anything from atmel-pcm-dma.c or atmel_ssc_dai.c.
Replace SND_ATMEL_SOC_DMA by SND_SOC_GENERIC_DMAENGINE_PCM which is the only one actually required.
This may end up in a configuration leading to a link error:
sound/soc/atmel/atmel_ssc_dai.o: In function `atmel_ssc_set_audio': atmel_ssc_dai.c:(.text+0x79c): undefined reference to `atmel_pcm_dma_platform_register' atmel_ssc_dai.c:(.text+0x79c): relocation truncated to fit: R_AARCH64_CALL26 against undefined symbol `atmel_pcm_dma_platform_register' sound/soc/atmel/atmel_ssc_dai.o: In function `atmel_ssc_put_audio': atmel_ssc_dai.c:(.text+0xf24): undefined reference to `atmel_pcm_dma_platform_unregister' atmel_ssc_dai.c:(.text+0xf24): relocation truncated to fit: R_AARCH64_CALL26 against undefined symbol `atmel_pcm_dma_platform_unregister'
Tested on sama5d2 xplained with the following configuration where nothing selects SND_ATMEL_SOC_DMA:
CONFIG_SND_ATMEL_SOC=y CONFIG_SND_ATMEL_SOC_CLASSD=y

ASoC: atmel: properly select dma driver state
It is currently possible to have CONFIG_SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC=y with either CONFIG_SND_ATMEL_SOC_PDC=m or CONFIG_SND_ATMEL_SOC_DMA=m. This results in a driver that compiles but does not link with this kind of error:
sound/built-in.o: In function `atmel_ssc_set_audio': (.text+0x87d90): undefined reference to `atmel_pcm_pdc_platform_register' sound/built-in.o: In function `atmel_ssc_put_audio': (.text+0x8879a): undefined reference to `atmel_pcm_pdc_platform_unregister'
Introduce new config options SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC_PDC and SND_ATMEL_SOC_SSC_DMA which should be used by the board drivers and the correct logic to properly select the SND_ATMEL_SOC_PDC and SND_ATMEL_SOC_DMA states.
