ALSA: ice1712,ice1724: fix the kcontrol->id initialization
The new xarray lookup code requires to know complete kcontrol->id before snd_ctl_add() call. Reorder the code to make the initialization properly.

ALSA: ice1712: Do not left ice->gpio_mutex locked in aureon_add_controls()
If snd_ctl_add() fails in aureon_add_controls(), it immediately returns and leaves ice->gpio_mutex locked. ice->gpio_mutex locks in snd_ice1712_save_gpio_status and unlocks in snd_ice1712_restore_gpio_status(ice).
It seems that the mutex is required only for aureon_cs8415_get(), so snd_ice1712_restore_gpio_status(ice) can be placed just after that. Compile tested only.

ALSA: ice1724 - aureon - modify WM8770 Master & DAC volume
The volume levels in original implementation are incorrect and does not match the dB scale. The real range is linear (in the sense of the dB scale) from 0dB to -100dB. Remove logaritmic table and make all volumes from range 0dB..100dB.
The tests are in RedHat's bugzilla #540817.

ALSA: ice1724: enable MIDI on Terratec Aureon 7.1 Universe
This enables MIDI on Terratec Aureon 7.1 Universe cards specifically. Apparently the other envy24ht-based Aureon cards do not have MIDI ports, hence I added a Universe specific eeprom array.
The newer cards (Aureon 7.1 PCI / 5.1 PCI/Fun) have MIDI but use a CMI DSP so this driver does not concern them at all.

[ALSA] Remove sound/driver.h
This header file exists only for some hacks to adapt alsa-driver tree. It's useless for building in the kernel. Let's move a few lines in it to sound/core.h and remove it. With this patch, sound/driver.h isn't removed but has just a single compile warning to include it. This should be really killed in future.
