arm64: dts: ti: k3-am64-tqma64xxl-mbax4xxl: add SD-card and WLAN overlays
As the SD-card and WLAN are connected to the same SDHC interface (with a
GPIO-controlled mux), they are mutually exclusive.

overlays for both configurations.
