Mesa3D loaders require knowledge of the devices PCI id. SVGAv2 and v3
have different PCI id's, but the same driver is used to handle

have different PCI id's, but the same driver is used to handle them both.
To allow Mesa3D svga driver to be loaded automatically for both SVGAv2
and SVGAv3 make the kernel return the PCI id of the currently running
device.

defined performance counters. The userspace performance counters are (de)registerd
with vmware-vmx-stats hypervisor via new iocts. The vmwgfx kernelspace counters
are controlled at build-time via a new config DRM_VMWGFX_MKSSTATS.
* Add vmw_mksstat_{add|remove|reset}_ioctl controlling the tracking of
mks-guest-stats in guest winsys contexts
* Add DRM_VMWGFX_MKSSTATS config to drivers/gpu/drm/vmwgfx/Kconfig controlling
the instrumentation of vmwgfx for kernelspace mks-guest-stats counters
* Instrument vmwgfx vmw_execbuf_ioctl to collect mks-guest-stats according to
DRM_VMWGFX_MKSSTATS

We'd rather use the same mechanism than duplicate it (it may also change in
the future), hence add a new ioctl for relaying guest/host messaging
(logging is just one application of it).

Initially vmware buffer objects were only used as DMA buffers, so the name
DMA buffer was a natural one. However, currently they are used al

Initially vmware buffer objects were only used as DMA buffers, so the name
DMA buffer was a natural one. However, currently they are used also as
dumb buffers and MOBs backing guest backed objects so renaming them to
buffer objects is logical. Particularly since there is a dmabuf subsystem
in the kernel where a dma buffer means something completely different.
This also renames user-space api structures and IOCTL names
correspondingly, but the old names remain defined for now and the ABI
hasn't changed.
There are a couple of minor style changes to make checkpatch happy.

to compile failures as /usr/include/drm/ isn't in the standard gcc include

to compile failures as /usr/include/drm/ isn't in the standard gcc include
paths. Fix it to be <drm/drm.h>, which matches the rest of the driver drm
header files that get installed into /usr/include/drm.
